UBL Digital UAE

Touch ID dont work. It says "Place the fingure on scanner to login" i am using Huawei P30 pro. There must be option to delete beneficiary and Tezraftaar accounts. Furthermore option to see Tezraftaar transfer rate without going to actual transfer.

One of very basic App, majorily it doenst provide an option to add beneficiary for international transactions and we must visit branch, whereas this functionality is readily available with all major competitors, so would say it's a semi digital experience with basic functionality.

After installation this ap on my oppo a37 app is not working last month it was working properly.

I am pretty satisfied with app and its UI since i have old phone(Samsung J7 Prime) everything is going good.But i have to change my phone and shifted to (Samsung DuoS) then the problem start,When i gave credentails in app when i click the "Agree" button. This appears as *You are not authorized to use this app*. Why this is happening?This thing makes me crazy.No compatibality with different devices.(My Account is activated,not a single has been done). Quickly Response must be apprecited.

I have reset my mobile phone and again try to install the UBL Digital App. But it shows that this app is not compatible with my device (OPPO A37). Kindly make possible outcomes so that I can make access to my account. Please communicate accordingly.

Useless service! Can't update my teezraptsr service online! This 2022 no one is free to arrive evry morning to bank

Great user interface. Simple and easy to use. Sometimes fingerprint log in takes time other than that everything is working great

It's really a beneficial app for those who can't go to ubl franchise again and again. We can easily do it on our finger tips.

Add all Gulf countries to the app and enable all functions. It just shows my balance only. Can't perform any transaction online.

Every time i need to update this app otherwise it does not work and after update i need to reprocess all things again by calling to UBL representative. Now its not working at all.

Very bad app. Giving very low exchange rate. Worst exchange rate. Their call center advises to visit branch for tranafer. What is the use of this app? You can contact me if you have solution.

On Every Step and Transaction this app gives you error/unable to fetch transactions/OTP generation failed/Unable to fetch Data. One of the most annoyed app ever used.

Msg received your successfully logged. But actually not open app even after a long wait, need to fix earliest to use it.

I am unable to download UBL digital application Pakistan from play store. when i try to download it in my tablet only UAE application is appreaing. Pls suggest.

Everything was going fine until UBL decided to update the app and now i get "you are not authorized to use this app".
