Instantly uninstalled it. Substandard application for such a service, UI is ugly, unresponsive, crossing screen, and what's up with the font ? Looks like 2010s app. This app might well just make me pull out all my investments because I can't always login to web version. Sigh what a disappointing.
Very nice app, graphics are eye catching, new features included schedule conversations and redemptions, also multiple funds conversation on one window having a great experience.

This app doesn't open..... This app is keep stopping on my galaxy j6 device.Deleted and installed several times but this problem isn't going.Fix this problem as early as possible. Compare UI with Meezan's app. Seems like no update has been made since 2 years (mentioned on the footer). I used to think highly of 10 Pearls, but this is just careless work.
when I used to use this on my old Samsung Galaxy S6، it's layout used to be okay، but on latest full screen displays the app is crossing the screen۔۔۔ need for serious updates ASAP
Trying to login today and it is just crashing despite a login successful SMS. Password & fingerprint login both yielding the same result.
App is not good at all. It is poorly designed. Aspect ratio of screen is not upto mark. Kindly improve. Moreover tax certificate should be generated from this app similar to MCB app.
useless app....tried many times to log in but doesn't work..its showing 0 balance most of the time, rather we have invested .This is problem of app which was being complained many times but no action has been taken.
User interface doesn't fit on the phone screen, and UI is extremely old, UBL main app is great though
New App is really good specially one to many and many to one type option to convert funds is much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
New update is great, finally UI is fixed for newer phone, and finger print login is a great addition.
There is room for improvement.... Make the UI attractive.... Include news related to PSX, economy etc... The invester doesn't know the history of his/her Investment.

Now this app become poor performances because it does not show current fund prices in my app even after installation. I launch complaints many time but no positive response yet
They should add the feature to turn on or turn off e-mail notification or mobile number notification
just installed. Looked at the interface and uninstalled it. Oversize fonts, adhe messages on screen aur aadhe gayab. Application kam, mazak zyada lag raha ha

Really nice.UI is great and very easy to use.every bank app should have same UI features.
The redemption transaction UI is Buggy. When I proceed, I got two identical components to input the funds details. The lower component was not allowing to select the details! Same behavior in the bank account section too! The default account is already set and an 'OR' between the optional account section. The OR indicates that I should be able to proceed with the default account. But was unable to submit without filling up the optional bank account section. Such bad experience is never expected from UBL and the software development team, perhaps graduates of NED, KU, FAST, NUST and others...!!!
