UBL Insurers’ Customer Facilitation Portal is a step further in providing our Customer’s state-of-the-art facility to manage their portfolio. For registration on app customers must update their CNIC and Cell number in Company’s database as it is a mandatory requirement.

Registration process is simple provide CNIC and receive OTP (One Time Passcode) on the cell. Received OTP should be used to finalize registration process on the portal.

After successful registration customers can
• View Policies/Endorsements
• Initiate full or partial payment on any single Policy/Endorsement.
• Lodge Claims
• Buy online Travel Insurance
• Request quote for any class of Business
• Check status of Claims
• History of Transaction through Portal
• Check all events occurred on profile through “My Calendar”
• Renewal Notifications 20 days prior to expiry

Non-Registered Customers can check products offered by the Company as General Insurer and locations of Head Office and branches along with contact Details.
