Just changed the phone to samsung galaxy s22 ultra. The app doesn't allow to login, says the device is rooted. Please check!

Does not allow me to login. Message states wrong login details. I can login fine on my desktop PC. Everytime I tried on the app does not allow me to login. Tried the app on numerous Android devices but still the same issue, message pops up the login details are incorrect. Please rectify this.

8 times out of 10 constantly declines to login even though I know the password, even with the OTP I get it doesn't let me login. I have had this issue few times before I was told to de install the app then re install again. Really fed up of it. Please can the software developers have a look into it.

Extremely annoyed. I haven't been able to use the app since my old debit card got replaced. This app just does not let me register or pay with a new card. The filling slots to input a new card number are just not showing up. What do I do??

After recent update I can not connect and comes up with error: net:ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

This app really needs improvement. I can't add same beneficiary for both options, cash collection and bank transfer.

Not very happy with it at the moment used to be very sufficient after making a payment I would get an email and text of the progress and the money would be ready to collect by the benifiecery within hours but the service has gone from brill to very slow I've been waiting days and after having to ring them the payments are released let's see if ubl get on the ball of not back to the Weston union unfortunately

not very useful, everytime there is error . they need to to improve it more ,I can't upload anything online . I have been sending money but sometimes it takes ages to go online

Excellent so far. Reliable app without any glitches. Use it to send money to Pakistan and never had any problems.

Extremely terrible App...no one will keep it in his phone once you start making your profile In it...keep giving errors....deleted on the spot

Installed the app and after 10 tries filling up the sign up form, gave up. The app is full of bugs

Can't register, can't recognise details tried so many time but couldn't get paas registration process, Tried after one year and same problem shows what kind of people running this app😡

This app is time waste when u putt beneficiary details it keep asking IBN and Bank account i couldn't make it.I tried to contact customer service but they changed there number so how u can trust about money ?

I tried everything to register but failed every time. When i try to register error pop's up ( please check the value entered )

Works perfect every time. Never had an issue with transferring money to family.

Not allowed registration try 10 time this is not way for quick remittance app we are not time waster sorry one star only because I cant cross the registration step

Y I can't sign up every time wen I fill all feolds still it's says fill all mandatory fields n not signing up. Fedup of this
