It keeps saying no internet connection and can't create the profile. So disappointing, as we did not even get on the App.
I want to use this app but it says no Internet connection on sign up? This is something you need to look into as i also saw a post from october 20 that says the same..... will this get fixed???? And when? Can you please update us....
It keeps on saying that there is no internet connection while there is Strong Wi-fi connection. On level one nothing happens.
Couldn't start! Keeps saying 'no internet connection' and yet I do have strong internet connection! I just wasted data bundles downloading it!
Always saying internet connection issue when creating new profile. This is absolutely and totally disappointing.
Why are you refusing to open Science although I had completed my mathematics adventure forcing me to uninstall the app, an after to installing the app they didn't want me to make a new profile, why? After all I understood mathematics
