0 stars. Worst app I've ever used. Why? #1: Timeout screen overrides any app you are currently using, and cannot be avoided. Why not timeout in the background? #2: If your IP address changes, you must have a pin sent to you to confirm your identity. It's called a mobile device for a reason, and IP addresses change frequently. I use my fingerprint to authenticate- isn't that secure enough? The website does not do this. #3: I get "service unavailable" frequently. Horrible!!! Using Note 10+ 5G.
P.o.s. requesting a temporary PIN number at every opportunity. Username and password isn't enough? 😠😠😠 A security option is good but come on! Anything taking to an extreme is always bad, top of that the app is junk, too little can be done with this app.
Mobile check deposit is still not working. I've called Tech Support [sic] several times and they are not in the least bit helpful. They now say it's not a system wide problem (which I don't believe) and so presumably it's not something they are going to actively pursue. Meanwhile I have a check endorsed "For electronic deposit only" sitting on my desk waiting for UBS to fix their problem.
It gets the job done for quick stuff, but it's annoying that it lacks some of the features from the web app. For example cost basis would be nice. Honestly the web app is better to use even on the phone.
I personally think it needs an update to show more things as on the desktop and make it more stream line to use your points. The way the system is now makes you not even wanna use your points and they sit there basically forever. I also think that would be a good perk for you points you should get a extra percent for having carried your points to the next year! 🤷🏽♂️
Same issues already detailed by others. A thoroughly annoying app to use. Logs out/locks the second your screen goes dark even while trying to use it. Maybe let us set our own timer.
The app is Fair, but lacks some of the features of the computer accessed application. It also lacks some abilities found in other competitors like Fidelity and Ameritrade.
What in the blue hell?! So the website is making me download the app in order to access my account... but the app is saying I can't log in unless I give UBS permission to "make and manage phone calls?" That doesn't sound legal.
Incredibly weak functionality all around. Very little utility besides being able to view account balance.
Can't login no matter what I do. I want to be able to check my account from home, but it never works. I can only check it from work. My coworker put the app on his iPhone, and had the same problem. Useless.
just reinstalled the app, seems to work well now. Had no issues logging on to my account or viewing account balances. Have not yet tried using Mobile Deposit.
Mobile deposits are giving me the never ending spinning wheel of death for the last week. Please fix this... I have no way of depositing checks into my account without this feature!
App crashes as soon as you try to take a picture of a check for deposit. Used to work great, now I've got checks endorsed for mobile deposit and can't deposit them!
I've not been able to use the check deposit function on the app for a week. Each time I try to take a picture of the check the app closes. Please fix this bug.
Why is it that if I'm not trying to open this app from a notification, it ONLY wants to log me in with username and password? My authentication method is set to something else!!!
I installed it primarily to deposit checks and this function does not work. Also, be prepared to re enter your password dozens of times.

It's not operational. Every time I login I get an unexpected error try again later. This has been going on since I installed the latest version of the app. They won't fix it.
Use this app if you enjoy watching a continuously scrolling little wheel when you're trying to get something done. Revised my review to one star. This app is getting worse as it ages. Please UBS make an app that actually works.
App shows "UBS service unavailable " about 50% of the time. Also, it will not accept biometric login. Very challenging app to use.
App keeps falling apart. For the last few days I have been unable to make deposits. Tech Support at UBS says they don't know anything and I believe them.
I had hoped to check the Jan statement to see the amount of funds that I had lost through March. However, there is no way to request the Jan statement using the app.
Always says username or password wrong. Ocassionally login succeeds and I save credentials but next login attempt again fails with wrong username or password.
Works on a phone but not on my tablet. Both Android so should work. Plus not very useful for detail.
Support Sucks...Bio login just stopped working on UBS, still works for all my other bio login apps and the tech team says 'oh well', their support sucks
I can't wait to use this app I want an account with the bank I think I will like the way they do business I will do my research again and see if I still like the bank and their services! I like their concepts I am drawn to them!
I find it easy to use with easy to understand screens/displays.
A month ago the app was reissued. Android version is known to be non-operable.
Instantly crashes everytime you try to log in. Same issue for the last 6 months
The UBS web site indicated that this app would make it easier to sign in to my account. It lied. As others have noted, biometric information is rarely available. When the app needs a temporary PIN and you get the PIN, the app freezes. The app needs to be running to get a push notification, and then you have to manually open it. So even when it works it's more work. Trying to find out anything about your account is way too hard on a phone screen. The data is there, but tiny.
