Why did you block app if it was not used in last 30 days??? Isn't it good thing that we don't need to use this app to unlock mobile pass? Why such poor design where it's expected that mobile pass should get locked once every 30 days??
It just goes to a Blackberry page and asks for some info which I have no idea what that means. Installed and then promptly uninstalled, as its just junk on my mobile.
App doesn't start. Tried multiple times uninstalling and installing no use. Looks like this app does not work on android.
Crashes at startup, tried the various trouble shooting steps which made no difference. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one...
Update 2 Looks like after few relase application stability improved properly launching and all the new features are properly working
It doesn't work anymore! Tried to reinstall it and clean the cache and data but nothing...
It says "device jailbroken" when I try to set it up. This is not true, I am using the official public beta of Android 11. Please fix this ASAP.
Keeps on crashing w Android 8.0.0. Uninstalled again as I can't use it
my hub is not getting launch. it keeps crashing as soon as I open it.

This app is fabulous and easy to use for office work.
Takes so long to load i have timeouts on the process

The 'Get the Token' button under Emergency Token is not working. I tried to uninstall and re-install the app but the same issue persist. Due to COVID pandemic, we are on WFH, but I cannot access the client site due to this issue. Hope it can be resolve asap.
