UPS is just a straight up awful place to work. They hired me as a contractor and then "suspended" me indefinitely for exposing their lax network security while they "investigated" my use of MS certified developer tools. Still waiting to hear what those investigation results are.

Design is poor: why have you put the "deactivate" button so close on the screen to my phone's home button? Many times I clicked on it by inadvertance. Button should be put elsewhere. Saw some improvement in terms of speed recently, but still highly variable from day to day (sometimes it takes sec and sometimes 30 sec +). Happy to give more feedback as ubs employee if needed.
