Please display the manual for each shell command. If possible talk about usage too. It will be greatly helpful if this is done.
Nice app for quick reference to various Ubuntu commands. It would be helpful to provide some syntax examples, especially for terminal shell commands. Missing the "wget" command.
Due to very limited information. At least extracts from man pages would have been included rather than one line description. Examples would have added to usefulness.
Not soo good. It don't have details and all commands
Thanks for this free app it helps a newbie a lot. The only improvement I would ask for is examples for how the command is used.
Thank you, I like the app, it will be even better if you can add a sample of the commands as they look on the terminal it selft. Other wise I find it very help full. Thank you
The app is not very useful. Poor and limited options, no thorough explanation of entries. There are better sources of information, duh... +1 star given for no unnecessary permissions.
I've just installed ubuntu for the first time, and this has already helped a lot. Thanks!
Complete waste of space
Not much substance behind the commands. Even a copy of the man pages would be helpful.
Flashes of bright white whenever I click something. Also... what's up with the pentagram?
This app is informative. However, it needs more information.
And no special permissions means the dev won't be mining for data
It would be great if this also showed the flags of shell commands.
I would love to see a command notepad so I can add notes about Ubuntu command that I need to use for difficult wireless setup which this Did not help me with Ex, iwconfig wlan0 essid
Plz give syntax for all commands, with examples.
A good source of information for the Linux Novice.
Needs a bit more info
Sample command not available, description only
What
If already familiar it is a good pocket reference. If looking for more in depth info best to look on man pages. Needs some work on ui as background going in and out is distracting
Can't read text on that background. keep the ui plain and simple. less is more. Also look at other guides for type of info that a guide is for
The app lacks real substance. I would recommend including the switches and their functions with examples to create a truly useful pocket guide.
Should at very least include syntax of each command or even better a copy of the man page formatted for mobile.
I'd suggest the search function to search for keywords in description + a basic syntax as there are many newbies. Good work though.
Not that useful, it should atleast show the man pages for commands.
Examples if the commands would be good - pretty useless to be honest.
Guide not very complete. 10 second in a search engine is better.
It is not very helpful as a guide -- maybe a "cheat-sheet". For all of the commands I looked at, there was a one-line description. So, this is a crappy guide in the sense that you have to already understand what the commands does for the advice contained to really be any help. I expect more help from any reference that runs on a hand-held computer.
