I just love to shop from Ubuy, I've always had a great shopping experience. I have been using Ubuy app since 2019 and I must say that they have improved a lot. They have added new features & it's so easy to use. Their customer service is too good. Here you will get the best products and highly recommended.

Even during the pandemic Ubuy continued to deliver the essential items to lacs of customers around the nation and I was one of them. I live in a remote area where it is hard to get the daily essential stuff. Whenever I needed something urgently I ordered it on Ubuy and got it delivered to me swift and safe. Had it been possible I would have rated them 9 out of 10.

Totally loved it! This app was my first choice for ordering international products & I have successfully received my products at my door step that too 1 day early that estimated delivery date! Totally loved the easy, hassle free shopping experience....... I would recommend this app for shopping!

I have been using Ubuy for several years now. Customer service is usually excellent, and I have never had trouble getting my products here in Ecuador. The shipping can be expensive, but the items are delivered to my door. I can definitely recommend Ubuy.

Trying to buy an item from china store. Dimension of the item is not mentioned in product description. The dimension of the item is added in an image and it is in Chinese language. I have contacted ubuy support multiple times to know the dimensions. Customer support is just wasting my time by sending predefined replies, it is more than 3 days still support can't provide product dimensions :D Request : 1099590

I used this app with apprehension as I had read several poor reviews of ubuy. I could not find the product I wanted elsewhere so I bit the bullet and was very pleasantly surprised. The ordering, management and delivery of my purchase went without a hitch. The product arrived on the day estimated and in very good order. I have inspected the product to find it in perfect condition. Subsequent investigation also showed me that I had recieved a very good price.

Excuse me this is worst app ever don't buy things from this app it will take your money and don't give your order in first I believe it will deliver my order but i will not. So, be careful from this app u will regret it later. They say if you cancel your order they give your money back and then I cancel my order but still they don't return my money so please 😡😡😡😭😭😭

I was worried but had to give it a try, and I was happy the transaction went on well and was fast, selecting stores annoys though, if it could just be global shopping instead.

Criminals I bought an item which cost Ghc 362.00 including the shipping fee but they withdraw Ghc 411.00 from my accounts instead of Ghc362. I have never encountered this kind of fraud on Aliexpress and Ebay. My first purchase and my last again.

Stay away from this crooks. You buy an item with a US debit or credit card and ship it abroad. They'll charge you about an extra $20 or more depending on your total. This amount is outside of your total not shown anywhere on your invoice. According to them it's charged by your bank. Why do you charge extra when my payment card is in dollars and the item is ordered from the US?

The app is good but the filters must be perfected. It's high time a Price filter was included. Some filter criteria also disappear when you start filtering. Shipping costs should also be included beneath the price of the item if possible.

Every country is an option, except for the United States... Despite your website saying that you have a US store.

THEY ARE THIEVES. You will not get back any money you spend or get anything for your money. I bought something from them, or so I thought. I got an email after completing the purchase saying I hadn't paid. I checked my account and they had taken payment so I sent them the proof. They said they would get back to me in 1 to 2 days. That was 10 days ago and they wont respond to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

over priced and some items you see on the main page, when u click on it the price changes, it's misleading

Great app and very easy to use except the China store all the products and there description in Chinese and if we want to see the products images we must enter the products pages to see the images If those problem had been fixed it will be very very easy to buy from the china store

It's a really good app but the problem is with the price it depends in your country 10 rolls of washi tapes:: 45688tsh Its really expensive I hope u work in it :)

I love that it has a lot of variety that Amazon doesn't have .however they charge for custome and shipping insanely. I was reviewing my bag before ordering and accidentally noticed an item on it was out of stock ,so I reviewed all the items in my bag separately and all of them was out of stock. the app didn't show this and was ready for the checkout and payment!.not sure if I can trust to purchase from them ,especially that most of their products are out of stock .strange

This app acts as a middleman. They don't deliver the item. All is done through DHL. You need to pay taxes as you clear the shipment afte arrival at the airport. I purchesed an item worth TK3,000 for which I had to spend TK14,000 in total. Do take your decision after having complete knowledge about the whole process.

Please i can't switch stores. Any time i try to switch stores it reloades and switches back to us. I'm trying to buy some stuffs from uk and it isn't working.

A strange online shop that you will ever see ...!!!! 1) My first order was delivered from US store. The shipping, handling & custom charges were quite high. I received an item with slightly different looks (maybe duplicate) than what was shown on their site. However my purpose was solved. 2) My second order from US store was cancelled & partial money was refunded due to "item was lost in transit". Never ever seen an online shop where items "get lost in transit". Full money was not refunded.

I ordered an item, paid $40 for shipping and taxes, and got an email saying "item unavailable, we will refund you in 7-10 days" 2 days later. (I'm still waiting for them to refund me and honestly i don't think they will). Now i understand why this app/website has so many negative reviews.. It's basically a scam. They won't send your items and will keep the money.

Done two purchases and just wow. Wow, wow, wow. Delivered as promised and products are as advertised. Amazing. Initially thought it was going to be a gamble but, I'm overly surprised. Highly recomended. 100/100.

I just installed ubuy on my android mobile, but it never open, only it is showing initial page. Even if you try the website also, it never opened. If you have any options kindly please advice about what is the solution. Is there any website problem. Every time a search is attempted, it fails with comment Error 504. This happens on all kinds of internet connections, even those which work for other websites and apps.

From this moment I will never look back at UBuy, u guys this total cost is insanely high, customs is at peak, there are better services... you've successfully failed me, let me pay this item not inccur total loss atleast, and am seeing the rest of the feedback, seems u guys don't even read through to do different, seems u just on your own agenda but not customer satisfaction.

I lived in saudi arabia, it so happened that i need to cancel my order because of some unavoidable circumstances, 3 days after i talked to UBUY support, they send me back my money in full refund. Thank you UBUY for the superb service, more power! 👍

Great service with nominal duty charges, will recommend it to others as well.I ordered this laptop with my required specifications which was available at US at such low price. I even got discount and cashback in the order too. Love the service Ubuy is providing to its customers.
