Works ok with my video intercom, I can open my gate, haven't tried to remotely speak to a visitor yet. Lack of settings for notifications, the only one available is a kind of police siren, that's not quiet in a public area. Also, it is not possible to be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.

Not so bad app, however, there is a bit of a delay from when a person rings the door bell till I actually receive the notification on my mobile. Also, I cannot accept the notification when the mobile is locked. I have to first unlock the phone, then accept the notification and check who's at the door and eventually open the door. Android version is 11 and MIUI version is 12.2.7

Well done thank you for fixing the unable to lunch the apps it's working again now I wish you can make the app HD settings to stay on as I have to keep pressing HD every time I exist it defaults back to SD quality and when someone press the door bell it's didn't lunch the app I will try it again tomorrow I done the settings correctly. Thank you again

what a bag of s***e. The app doesn't give full access to the device settings, but then again, neither does the browser IP way of accessing the settings.

Worst app. Useless.Doesn't work. It was working ok for a month. After that it's offline even when i reset the system and the app, it works for the day then goes offline.

No problem with this app until now, its now a huge problem as now I can't open my gate from this app. This app let's me sign in using email and password, then when trying to use the app to open my gate, it keeps showing user email or password is wrong when i know it isn't! Devs please sort this out. 1* until its fixed.

It is possible to open video, connect intercom and look for events on cloud. BUT main reason of app such as stream doorbell when it is calling to your phone never worked. If doorbell will be fixed can be 5*

Keeps saying doorbell is offline, when it is connected by Ethernet. Doesn't connect to phone when doorbell rings, and no access to SD card records of previous calls. Totally useless.

So slow. By the time i get notification on phone for motion detection it takes ages to load the camera load up. Even when doorbell rings takes forever to load with visitors awaiting. Everythinf just loads slow

Two way audio communication not avilable and very slow worning most of the time it will not connect just showing loader only.

When I'm look who at the door it's 2 way mic all the time this is the only think I'm don't like as if I'm don't want to talk to the caller there can hear all of us and some times the door bell don't work and you need to reboot the device 9n the 7in screen

Rubbish, app always losing my logon, now it won't let me reset my password, so app is not working at all now! Can't login.....

After 28 November 2019 update the app does not start on Huawei mate 20 pro. Smart resolution is enabled.

App need lots of improvement most of the time it take 5 to 10 min to show the video infact the same network having 90+ mbps internet speed.

This app needs an update to the latest Android, the app is always crashing.

it waa working perfectly, but suddenly have stopped, i deleted catch and data , qlso uninstalled it but it is not opining.

Does anyone know how to keep the app display on as HD permanently as it keeps switching back to SD app display?

Doesn't even open on my phone Edit: after this new update it seems to work as expected. Now I have to try it to see if it's reliable

after a while image is not retrieved anymore from device. it only work 4 or 5 times then connection cannot be established again

Rubbish. Requires you to register an account but never send a verification email. Deleted.

Two way communication not working. Remote door open not working.

Need to include support for Googlehome. Also keeps saying device username wrong even though I am signed in
