This app keeps locking me out of my account every time I want to use it, I've even had my login reset and still have this problem. FIX IT.

Every time the bank ask to change password this app doesn't tell you. You keep entering the one you had. 3x later it freezes the app access to your account. Junk IMO. Fix this issue it might improve.

This app is completely useless I called UCB multiple times about the error issues that I experience everyday. It seems as if no one knows what's going on or how to fix this app. Anyway my plan is to take all my money out of this bank and use a different bank. I would suggest everyone do the same.

The mobile app is very basic. It allows you to check your account and make internal transfers, and view history. Please add the ability to pay bills and make external transfers.

Trying to log in for the first time, and the app asks for my log in ID, then without asking for a password goes to a screen saying log in info is incorrect and suggesting my password is expired. Please fix!

This app works great for checking your balance and transaction history. There are a few bugs in the app but I'm sure they will figure them out soon. So far so good. they are going in the right direction.

Not sure why this feature was taken away? Love the app but pending transactions needs to come back to the website and needs to be introduced in the app. Seriously considering switching banks. This is a must have feature.
