I love being able to turn my cards on and off as I see fit, being able to see exactly where transactions took place along with the location verification. I'm still getting used to using it but I love it so far!
You have to log in through the regular UCCU app, and it doesn't automatically do so if you're already logged in. You gotta navigate to "card app" in the menu. All things considered though, it's well designed and any option to turn off my cards at my own choosing is an excellent feature, and shows that UCCU goes above and beyond.

I didnt even know this app existed until recently. It's going to be SO much easier to keep track of payments now!!!
I was required to download this app to unsubscribe from emails. It is dependent on the banking app and wants too many permissions. It makes me want to find a new credit union. Assembling a spending profile without me requesting it, then grouping by location and product type is very intrussive. I now have to wonder what UCCU is doing with customer info in addition to trying to sell products such as life insurance.
This app is amazing! I've been using it for a year or so and absolutely love it. It's super easy to use; i can check my balance, I can see where I spent money and how much, I can transfer money back and forth from checking to savings, I can transfer money to other members of UCCU, and so much more. The app is definitely worth getting.
Kind of wish they had just used CardValet (I already have) which this is an obvious skin of, but the app works fine, and is seamless. Just one more app on my phone. Really, I wish Fiserv would incorporate CardValet into their main mobile app package, and I wouldn't have to download so many apps.
User friendly and love the card lock feature 10/10
Before having the Card App, if I misplaced my wallet I had to cancel my card, wait to be sent a new one, and call everyone to whom I made automatic payments. Now I just turn off the card until I find my wallet, then turn it back on. SO EASY!
I love having the peace of mind knowing I can deactivate my cards remotely. The app is very useful and helps me gauge my finances. I would like to see some updates in the future as a long time user.
Love it! Makes managing cards so smooth and easy! I also like how it notifies me when a purchase has been made. Can't live without it now!
Useful app but occasionally, it will pull my location data nonstop (I'll see the location icon in my status bar and it won't go away until I force quit the app). Eats up my battery
Very helpful app to track spending and prevent fraud. I appreciate that I can set travel notices and turn cards on and off through this app.
Great app. I like being able to control my debit card but I have not been able to close the app recently. Hopefully this update fixes that issue.
Good one to manage and control your card . espl i like the travel plan option with the country flag fantastic!!!!!!
Very easy to use and if you lose your card you can turn it off while you look for it, then report it lost or stolen right from the app!
Excellent at helping me keep track of how much I have spent during a week. Helps keep me on track and reminds me of automatic payments
Nice app, however just like Rhet Jensen come up I can't close the app on my Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. I can't leave the app I have to close it from the phone settings
This app hasn't worked for months on my Samsung phone. Clicking 'card app' from the main app does nothing.
Really poor app compared to another credit union I'm using. It can only tank one card, so to track my wife's card I have to login as her. Why can't it track all the cards on the same account?

Useless over time. Worked well when first installed but can't add new cards!

Wish there was a way to design my cards for physical replacements. I want them heavy and all black.

Actually a pretty good app. Not sure why we have to download two separate apps to fully use UCCU functions, but whatever. I do have one complaint that is influencing my rating. It's impossible to tell which card is my new one that was sent to me because they have the same numbers and both have no indication of which ones new.
