Had this add on for a while now and voice recognition won't work even on high sensitivity

Great idea - keep up the good work. Yes!
Warren and the guys at UCD normally get things spot on, so I guess this is a glitch. Hotword says it's running and has recognised my voice but nothing happens when I say the command word. Can you have a look as I would like to up my review rating.😉
