It ultimately works, but there's a few inconveniences. When I start a course in uCertify, I have to do it from a desktop environment. It takes a while and a few syncs before it shows up in the app. It even takes a while to stop displaying courses I archived. On my tablet, I have to make exaggerated gestures. To page ahead, I have to swipe the full screen width very quickly. A quick flick isn't enough. A casual full swipe isn't enough. You have to go full wrist flick.

I like that you can have it read the material to you but It would be nice if you could see where the reader is at (highlight the word) it's on. If you get distracted it's really hard to find your place. The play button is periodically missing and the pages are hard to swipe to go to the next page or even go down the page you're on so you can read the next section. I have a good phone and no other apps do this so please fix it and I will give higher rating.

its an okay app, it works, I can study on the go which is what I asked for but it could be improved so much. its laggy as hell, its not formatted correctly for mobile, the interface is outdated and doesn't work well, and the lack of autosync is just ridiculous, not to mention theres some bugs with the questions system where because of the slide mechanics you mark questions wrong without meaning too. overall Its a really crappy app, the only saving grace is that it kinda works.

Keeps crashing. Used to work good, but first it was displaying the same question three times in a row, then it started saying the question was mastered whether I was correct or not. I deleted app cache, and then tried that and data. Then reinstalled the app. The app has all the permissions it needs. I haven't installed any apps that should cause a conflict. Device is Samsung Galaxy S10+ Now Everytime I sync after completing answers, it reverts back to the last session. Jeez.

This app continues to display pictures as a broken picture icon. The schools' app actually now works better than this app and that's odd. I have tried to refresh the app and even force close via phone settings all to no avail. Developer needs to push an update to fix that ASAP. I'm doing my Net+ certification and that takes away from the student's experience tremendously.

how it this rated so high? how does this win CODiE awards? because the other options are that much worse. If you've done a session on a computer, you must manually sync them I guess. that's not a feature--it's a chore, and highly liable to failure (losing progress). I do not want to answer the 400 questions 3 times in a row again because it accidentally mis-syncs. stay away from this if you value your progress. Noone will care if it's lost.

Everything has worked great for me so far! It would be great if there was a built in night mode so that the whole app is darker, and not just the accent colors. Swiping to the side for changing test questions is a bit too cumbersome, but the designated buttons work better for this anyways .

Fair app but will not stop making you to review it. There is no "don't ask me again" button. It also has issues caching offline content. Many of the pictures I'm supposed to refer to with flashcards will not display the pictures. I switched to the webapp as its more stable and much faster.

You have to press the sync button all the time. Would be nice to have that automated. I also constantly find myself accidentally moving to the next section (swiping left or right) when scrolling (up/down). This can get very annoying... I would rather have arrows to tap or a hard swipe.

It does a good job of using touch technologies to navigate through pages and quizzes, though a brief tutorial would be helpful. You have to sync your updates manually after each session, as it downloads and works out of local copies of the course resources. I would like to see options for sepia tone and dark mode views.

mobile was good. now its shambles. Idon't know what happened from April till now. don't like it. text to speech sounds horrible, not functioning. not convenient, only good for reading, not showing all the sections in chapter, don't know what it is that's missing, just that section is empty. just disappointing. please fix this mess. It's required for this expensive class I am taking. updated May 28th: installed and uninstalled twice. text sections show clearly. text reading is still useless.

Doesn't sync very well especially with the practice tests. It also sometimes cuts out some text of the answers at the bottom of some questions in mock tests and some questions just don't work. Also their 'interactive lessons' are cut and pasted from there classroom course so you can't do a lot of them as you need a partner

Not very good on a tablet. Can slide left to right to change pages. Questions with in a chapter are impossible to select. Stutters. Slow. When trying to scroll down pages sometimes barley move, if at all. Really need to make this work for tablets and not just phones.

Content is good but swiping from one chapter to the next is becoming a pain. It dosent let you move to the next section in the chapters but works fine with the quizzes. Don't remember it being like this before. Either way fix that and its a great app.

I am sad, it is not backwards compatible, and no longer works with my tablet which has no Android upgrade path. Stuck again using Ucertify only at my PC... I will be so glad when I am done with school and no longer have to deal with UC and their archaic ways. I will never, ever recommend UC to anyone and won't recommend my online school to anyone as long as they still insist on using UC..

overall its been nice experience in stuying with this application. Interface is perfect. Anyone can easly understand all the option given in the course and study with perfection by quize, test and many more. I would recommend to everyone and you will be perfect after completion of the test.

This application is my favourite one that my school uses for courses. They have improved the app in many ways in just the year that I have been using it. Edit: Changed to 5 from 2 stars. Support staff worked hard to fix my support ticket. Now that I'm using the app for a separate course I am having zero issues.

I wish I could speed up the videos like I can on the desktop site. I prefer to watch the videos on 1.5-2x normal speed and I don't see a way to do it in the app. Also, it doesn't appear to sync my video progress from the app to my desktop computer, so I always have to figure out where I left off.

This app has absolutely improved over the last year since I've started using it. I used to run into constant issues with courses loading blank or freezing up but that all send to be resolved. Kudos to the dev for improving upon the app!

Would be higher rating if not for the tabbed exhibits. Once you link two items,you can't change it forcing you to start over. Other than that great job on presentation.

I recently got a Pixel 3a. Having used the app fine for months on my old device just fine, now on the Pixel this app crashes whenever I click "Chapters & Lessons". So I can't get to any course content. Awesome.

Testing history does not sync well between the website and the app. Basically, if I start a test in the website, I can't finish it in the app or vice versa.
