Some links in the app don't link to anything and wont let you open in browser (credit monitoring and rocket lawyer). Just better to go through the website
They initially take almost $200 to start, then $89 monthly, without a reminder, to say the accounts aren't yours. This resulted in 2 of my open/active credit card accounts to close, assuming fraudulent activity. I sent them a letter and they NEVER replied. I only spoke to the rep who introduced me to the company. She's nice, but I ended up misplacing my debit card and forgot about them till they tried to charge me and couldn't get my money. You can pay $19.99 for smart credit n do it yourself!
The app is horrible! Y'all really need to fix it and get it under control and up and working. So people can track their progress without always having to go to the website. What's the use of having an app that don't function or work correctly.
I love the whole idea but I have issues everytime I click on "access protection plan", it says, "web page not available". So I have to use the website to go on it. Since I've download it, that's what it's been doing. That's all that needs to be fixed and I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves!!
If you want to login to a different customer account on the same phone it wont allow you. Even if you enter the correct credentials for that other account, it always logs into the same account again. I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix this

Love this app, my financial portfolio fits in the palm of my hands. Quick access to budgeting, credit builder, and debt payoff tools. I have a snapshot of my finances at all times. So glad to be an Agent so I can share this with others ❤❤❤
This app is horrible! It does not work at all. Even when logging in it states there have been too many redirects and that is after one time logging in.
That 1 star is really 0 stars.. fyi! I just installed this app and when I try to open it, it says "webpage not available". Terrible! I see all you guys time and energy went to making sure apples version was excellent. Please give us android users the same quality app or better. This is absolutely useless being as though I cant even log in.. smh
App sucks, needs an update. Wont let you log in. Before had no issues was great but something is up with it last few days. Pointless to pay for services when you cant log in to see your profile
I've had this for about 7 months. Rep is very nice but Now i have fraudulent activity on my capital one and CAN NOT PAY IT until this is removed. I told the rep. Who helps me and she seems to be on vacation (WHATSAPP STORIES) but now I am hanging on a string trying to fix this before I cut ends with this company. VERY UPSET! I called to make settlements with DISCOVER,JC PENNEY I have improved in my credit score. ZERO STARS! I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE MONEY I THREW OUT THE WINDOW!
Website cannot be loaded. After agreeing to your terms, the next page is blank. I try to hit the back button and it says too many redirects. Useless
After I login I can click the referral button and the app goes to the next page. On the Protection plan button I keep getting an error. I've had to login and use the website instead.
The app use to work fine, but now it keeps stopping, I then have to uninstall it then reinstall so it'll work but as soon as you're done and logout it won't work when you try to login again...
Everytime I go in the app it doesn't update my score. Been reading the same score for a few months now. Needs Improvements Immediately!!!!!! Not Happy with this App
Since I have been with this company things have started my credit has changed for the better. Also it's amazing they have different sections to help and not pay out all these different companies.
I didn't choose to give this app a star because it's absolutely useless but it forces you to do so just to post your review. You can't do anything with this app. This app is truly just a waste of space on your device. You can not track your progress or information on this app. This app is just here so they can say they have an app.
Well done. Behaves just like the website. A great tool for customers for sure. And, it's just one more thing that separates this company from any other in the industry. Great job!
Can't use the app. Online only. Makes no sense to have the app if I have to type login info 3 or 4 times before giving up and going online
This app won't get past the login page on my android phone. I has to use my iPad to login, which I don't use all the time.
Confusing, not user friendly, outrageously priced, especially considering you still have to do all the work, so I am not sure what I am paying them to do!
This app is terrible. There's always a website error and I can't use my finger print to login.

Amazing company, and services. As a single mom of 3, struggling financially with horrible credit.... It totally changed my life. An angel in disguise. If it wasn't for God and UCES I don't know where I would be, but I am here now and w/ good credit and my joy back. I love UCES. ~Neka 🙏🏾💜

App does not work. Keeps making you log in, over & over.
I love this app! It's very user friendly and everything is self explanatory. I was able to have over 19 negative items removed and raised my credit score from a 491 to the 700. This app and idea is so amazing. All of my friends use it and they love it!
