The account being accessed must also have online access setup prior to use with the mobile app. Please contact UCFCU to enable online access for your account. This app is available at no cost to members of UCFCU, however messaging and data rates may apply from your cellular provider. UCFCU is federally insured by NCUA.

Had to change my password, changed my password twice within the app, used my phone to do so and my new password wouldn't work. It makes no sense to have an app that doesn't allow you to log in after changing your password. This happened twice, they really need to fix this problem!
This app is GARBAGE. Always crashes, locks me out ALL THE TIME. Hell the bank itself locks my debit card what seems like every two weeks, and ALWAYS on a Friday at 4pm so I can't call and get the issue resolved, thus leaving me without access to my account the entire weekend.
There's always log in issues. There's days where I just can't access my bank info. Other than that it's a very basic banking app. Nothing special.
App was working perfectly fine prior to Android 10 update. System notified me that the app would need an update to be compatible with Android 10.
Horribly glitchy and prone to falsely claiming wrong password or no signal when everything is fine. (But it's STILL better than the actual website login page!)
The app works but needs seriously an update. It does not feel like an app but more like a badly coded website
My app won't even turn on anymore it kicks me off the second I click on it
keeps telling me my password is wrong and won't let me reset it ether!
I love the ability to scan to deposit now that the west branch has closed.

I like the ease and convenience of the app. Although I do not like that it constantly tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. I cannot tell you how many times in the last two months I've had to change my password cuz this darn thing locked it up all the time. I realize that you have to have security but it is a little overdone when you have to log in and then you have to answer security questions. Also it should have biometric capability, that would be super convenient.
