Still broken after April 2022 update. Still flips between landscape and portrait display after logging in - no matter tablet orientation - and does not allow user input. Rebooted and reinstalled app - still broken. Looks like others have same problem. If you're using a version from before March 2022, DO NOT UPDATE! Devs - I used to be one of you so feel free to reach out to help resolve this issue.
Having complete lock out of UCHealth Portal System both on website and app using Android version 12. By their own words UCHealth thinks it is on UCHealth's technical end, they need to accomidate Android 12. IF ANYONE ELSE has this problem please contact the developer so we can get it resolved. Unable to communicate/respond to alerts, messages, email links. Cannot message doctors. Cannot see/add/change appointments. Cannot see test results. Completely locked out of their required portal system.
Way too many notifications. It spends all day sending you repeats of other notifications instead of offering essential ones exactly once.
I am a 75 year old female with limited computor skills and am reluctant to use the internet. I am able to use "My health portal" without much difficulty and feel that I get better personalized medical care by using it.
No ads. Great for keeping track of appointments. Also for accessing phi.
I'm really impressed with how well this app works! Everything about UCHealth has given me the confidence that they are component in everything they do!
It is absolutely STUPID that you cant take a screen shot from the app due to security policy. I can easily open my browser and take a screen shot from the web view. Its my data and I can do with it as I please. But overall the app is quite good and fairly easy to navigate. Did you guys to red/green colorblind testing? I suspect the white text on a red background may look like white text on an off white background for those affected by RG Color blindness.
Great... When it Works When I first got the app, it was really helpful for getting in contact with my doctors, getting results, and keeping track of my appointments. For the last few months, it's stuck in UCHealth today when I open the app and won't let me go to the main menu to do anything else. So now I can't message my doctors or see results. Very frustrating when I see multiple specialists on a regular basis.
App wasn't able to do anything. It stuck in their blog, uchealth today and could not unfreeze. Yes. Every time I open the app, it just stays on the screen with the red bar across the top, back arrow, and UCHealth Today. I've closed out of all apps and restarted my phone to see if that works. I was able to Uninstall the app and that solved the issue.
I have used this app for years and have loved it! Recently, my daughter's profile is missing an appointment button. The rest of the family each have a page with all of it functioning, with the appointment buttons, and showing the providers on the right side. I'm guessing during the last update in August something went wrong. She has an appointment coming up and I would like to be able to confirm it! I have sent a message into technical support as well.
The app keeps saying OOPS THERE'S NO CONNECTION INTERNET! This hasn't happened before I got a new phone and it is the same Brand.
its convenient to be able to make appt. , check results, and other helpful health related info. it's not always easy to navigate nor easy to see the small print. I question how secure it is from hackers so I would be careful because it does reveal a lot of personal information that can be used to hackers. so it's a toss up.
Outstanding doctors and facilities and it seems like the equip that they use is all newer and all the other hospitals
I like that I can email my concerns that day & get a reply soon enough. Sometimes much quicker than a phone call.
It was good until 2019, for some reason since 2019, I can't get the bill pay to show what I owe or take a payment. It says my balance is $0.00, and I know I owe something. It also won't let me add a CC# in the app, had to log in from computer to update that info. Calling in you're put on hold, then you can hear people talking in the background, then back on hold.
Problems opening app. Keep saying app stopped working
This app is terrible, it regularly sends me notifications that are wrong. When I look on the app there is nothing related to the notification and when I call the doctor they also say it is wrong. I've spoken with the developers several months ago but there has been no improvement.

Fantastic tool when it works. Sadly the app isn't very responsive, it takes a long time to load and then gives me a an error message for pretty much everything except sending a message. Im unable to schedule appts with this app due to the error
Absolute garbage. The password ritual is excruciatingly bad. FYI, tell me what the password requirements are up front, so that I don't have to enter a candidate 8 times to find them out. At least give me the option of seeing the candidate passwords instead of making me type them twice blind. When I've read all messages, don't tell me I have unread messages. Don't tell me I have a new test result until I have one. Do you sense that you've made a contemptible piece of flotsam app? Zero stars
Can not log in! Keeps kicking out.
This is very so much a great app. UChealth patients will find this app to be very useful and comes in handy. I love how I can without going in or calling schedule or reschedule any appointments, check notes from all my doctors, ask for refills on meds, get tests results and much more. Also this app is great daring this pandemic we are having cause it allows you to facetime appointments with doctors instead of going in person if needed. Thank you to who ever thought to create this app!
If u want me to check in early, I will do so, but I will not give permission to my cell, etc. Cookies? NOPE. Your loss ... no early check-in!!
**editing my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to quick developer response... Once I see the charts (described below), I will update to a 5. Keep up the good work guys.** I'm hoping this gets noticed... I use this app frequently and so does my mom. When she pulls up results, she can see graphs and charts via a web page. But when I use the APP, I don't see those same charts that show trending lines for different tests. I'd love to have that in this app.
Very accurate and easy to use
My experience with UC Health has been pleasant. The staff is pleasantly professional. Dr. Finn is a great surgeon and my physical therapist is one of the best that I've had. I'm highly satisfied with the care from UC Health.
UC push notification to join a patient study of theirs never goes away nor reminder to pay my bill of $0.00. And no way to get rid of these messages either... User interface is poorly designed. Not intuitive and not logical in some cases. The only reason I keep it is it does allow me to message my pcp and it does provide some but not all test or medical procedure results.
Bad app, can't create login. Keeps telling me incorrect zip code (same problem as others have mentioned). Tried using this app late at night and their customer service is closed so couldn't get the app working when I needed it... Went through the create account process three times still wouldn't work. Pretty bad.
Abysmal! Checking for a telehealth took over 30 minutes! The biggest problem was uploading images of insurance cards. The file limitation is ridiculously small at 4 MB. This forced me to crop the images so that the app would accept them. Additionally, if another app is opened you get logged out. Plus every time you log in you have to accept cookies. Why isn't this acceptance remembered?
App doesn't work on my tablet since the most recent March update. The UCHEALTH Health home screen rapidly switches continuously between vertical and horizontal phone size screen app. It never locks onto the full horizontal screen of my 19" tablet. It was never a problem in the past. I have used the app on my tablet for several years without a problem until trying to use it today. Not everyone wants to conduct business on a phone as the text is too small, it is hard to navigate and unwieldy.
