i am using mobile banking app from so many years. but uco mobile banking app is very easy to use. i use it for my business account from last two years, very comfortable. but from the last update it not allow me to capture the screen shot for payment transaction. which is very useful when i transfer any payment to my beneficiary i also capture a screen shot and send it as a proof of payment from my side . but now i not able to do that. sms of transaction not appropriate as compared to screenshot.
So many times the app doesn't work at all. 10 times I have to open my app still it doesn't work. E-banking itself means that the app would work 24/7. However, when we use the App during night time it doesn't work, hereby causing inconveniences to the customers.
This App is great... but app must allow customers to log in when they registered with an overseas mobile number. This app is useless for overseas customers and i am one of them. because i updated my overseas number and i am no longer able to log in as app allows only indian numbers. while you allowing internet banking with overseas number. then you should also allow mbanking. must required.
It's not working properly. Even it's not starting. It's previous version could auto read OTP but the latest version does not have this feature..little disappointed with the newest versionš„
The app fails after Android 10 update. I am being asked for registered mobile number and when I enter it, it says failed to establish communication with server..error code(011) The app does not even open after Android 10 update as of now. Is any developer looking into these issues?? Is there any developer looking into mobile app issues post Android 10 update. I'm not hearing any reply from UCO Banks side in this case. I have tried reinstalling the app several times and it doesn't seem to work.
About six times out of ten, the app just won't load! It works fine when it loads and the features are reasonably user-friendly. But if it happens so frequently that I can't get past the web page showing only the Uco Bank 76 Years logo, then what's the point of a bank app?
It is not easy to use. Plz make this aap more comfortable and easy in next version. For mobile recharges there is no offers are shown in this aap...so it is ok. This apps take more time to learn the functions of this app.
Most of the services provided by UCO Bank are PATHETIC. My personal experience with UCO Bank is in negative. I've downloaded & using almost all of their apps & have contacted their customer care and still I've to reach my BRANCH bank to get things done. I mean what's the use of having these 5 apps for just ONE bank and the Customer care rep doesn't have much to answer than to say reach Bank branch even for a simple/general question related with fund transfer to my PPF account. Duh!!!
Worst experience and too worriedsom.. I need your contact and it's extremely urgent.. Because I have paid my LIC premium instalment on 11.09.2018 by this app... But my account has been debited without credited the amount to LIC... Still now There is no reflection in LIC website What's the hell are going on... Please give me your contact details..
The app does not open, it crashes everytime I try to open the new updated version. Please fix the problem ASAP. I entirely depend on this app for online payments and viewing my statements.
its most perfect app for uco bank customer.its all in one app. get statement, mini passbook, all account details at one place, deposit and advance so that you can never miss an emi. RTGS, NEFT, IMPS facility makes it more user friendly. no need to visit branch again. cheers uco bank it teams keep it up team keep it up!
As I open app, it requires updating but on pressing updating button, I don't find any updation. This is happening every time. I also uninstalled followed by another installation but the same problem exists
I have used this app for quite a long time but after the fresh update of Android Pie, the app is not responding at all. There is no possible way to mend the issue ourselves and the app makers are yet to rectify this massive callousness on the part of the developers. Very disheartening indeed.
not of much use....some more features should be added. all the mbanking features should be combined in the single app. Earlier it used to accept the otp automatically but after update i have to enter the otp manually.
During log in, it always shows the different user name even after changing the user so many times. It shows some other name in login page. This is very annoying and auto read otp is also not working.
Hello, I am Arindam Samanta . I have been using this mobile app since 1 year in my old phone but recently when I changed my phone and try to use UCO bank mobile app in my new phone I can not able to login to this app. Every time when I try to login it says "Request time out please try to login again". This causes a big trouble to my upcoming transaction. I am literally hopeless. Please do the need full. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.
Its very good but the apps did not show details of transaction which is disadvantage of this app. Other banks shows details of all transaction including remark like payment/ transfer as loan, bill, or other purpose tranfer..but uco bank having no such facility...
The app does lack many of features that would help any of the customer to get banking stuff done within minutes without giving visits to bank. The app also misbehaves in the functionality of features it is providing. overall improvements are required quality wise.
the screenshots facility is not available which was very much easy to send the reference number. please do the needful immediately. otherwise the app is fantastic.
One of the worst Banking app. It has listed all the features that a banking app should have but none of it is in working condition. Instead of consolidating all the features in one app it has a feature which brings the user to another app for using the feature.
#Demerits:- Auto fetch of OTP has been removed. All other its applications has also been intigrated into this app which are ultimately having seperate installations. Except graphical changes nothing is appreciated.
5 STARS to the developers for really well organised application. 2 STARS TO THE BANK as 2 in every 5 transaction get stuck. UCO is terribly failing at UPI network. They really need to work up on upgrading their servers in order to ensure smooth transactions.
I just love this app. It's easy to use, simple gateway, quick response, and very user friendly. I can even book tickets from this app, can pay my electricity bills and many more. This is the best mobile banking app.
Overall good App but doesn't work always, sometimes when it is emergency and you cannot use it, it's pretty frustrating and seems useless.
have good apps . using since one and half years . no any transaction fail no any amount stuck . just this app need more improvement like mini statement show in simple way .
i was trying to recover my tpin through the 'forgot tpin' option, it asks to fill in the account number but the field is not editable. very disappointed. had to make a transaction but haven't been able to do so because of this.
there is a bug in this app in my profile section. i am not able to open my profile. when i clicked on profile then this app stopped working and shows error for the bug. plz fix this bug as soon as possible.
Too many updates coming all the time. Otherwise its a good app ... Could work on improving the graphic interface better and more eye soothing.
Worst Mobile banking app. Absolutely not user friendly. While registering, the app asks for a T-Pin, but there is no optiom to reset/resend the Tpin via sms. Toll-free number is worthless. Tried for over an hour but not a single executive was available. Would never recommend any of my tech savvy friends to do any business with UCO. Worst experience in banking ever!!!
