UCO mBanking Plus

Overall it's good , customer friendly and easy to use. But for some cases it's totally lagging behind. For example, I am trying to set a standing instruction through m-banking app for the last 3 months , couldn't do so. Whenever I put something, it shows your request couldn't be processed. I have contacted all the customer care helpline numbers, mailed them but no solution has been came yet. Totally disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

The app and its features are good. User friendly. There is one irritating aspect though. One needs to update the app at regular intervals. And that is something which is forced upon you. Otherwise you can't accessit. Need to change this immediately

Everytime I open the app, it asks for a fresh registration for mbanking. One has to go through all the steps of registration every other day. From being a good app it has brought itself down to level where it can win the prize for one of the most annoying and frustrating apps ever. Edit 1: For 10 days or so it worked fine. Since I updated today, Again I had to re-register. This is such a tiring exercise. Thus, rating not changed.

Easy to use. User friendly. Safe and secure. Best banking app so far. UCO mBanking Plus is very easy to operate. Loved it. Multiple features allows you to explore banking and financial services. So many options to explore with safety .

When we open the app it shows pop up that app needs to updated. When we click on the message for update it redirects to app application and not to the Play Store. We need to close the app and go to the play Store for update. Most of the times app doesn't update. Iam very really disappointed that updation for the app in Play Store takes much time and even sometimes it doesn't install. Please look into this issue and resolve the same asap.

Very bad experience... Customer service is not upto the mark. Sent multiple mails regarding issue, but no any steps has been taken yet. Mostly there is the problem of server down. After new update of this app, it's really annoying.. Most of the feature of this app has started lagging.

Very user friendly interface. And the best thing is, the team upgrade this app regularly. One of the best banking application I've used. However, standing instruction for transfer to PPF account should be looked after as I am not able to apply for it.

Very bad experience with this app. Recently i transfered money to my UCO account from other account. As i tried to transfer again to another account, to my surprise this app shows insufficient balance not matching to the amount I have with huge differences. I complaint to bank branch but they are not prompt to response. It's been 2 days and my grievance is still pending and could not complete my work.

Very good app. NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT . I think it needs some improvement which I have experienced that transaction receipt of each transaction can be shown in the app which will be more useful to customer to show the transaction and share the details of transaction to other. Which will be more useful.

Doesn't work at all...worst app ever ...most of the functions doesn't work...waste of time..it doent show pass book ..don't even show balance and all the time from last one month it's account view is under maintenance... The passbook function is worst...i have not been able to see my transaction details .

Security is very good. But Screenshots for transactions should be permitted, considering we do so many transactions online through UPI, NEFT, etc. More so since UCO Bank account statements are not user friendly when it comes to interpretation (they are pathetic). Please learn from your peers and implement.

You have provided the provision to apply for ASBA. However, it allows to apply only from one primary account and not from all phone linked accounts. All other banking transactions can be done from all linked accounts unlike ASBA. Please rectify.

For me this app is not at all user friendly. It's difficult to use and understand. It buffers a lot and I have to press my details in it again and again but still no progress.

Great app. One feature that should be added is that people can download statements rather than sending to email id. And also third party products should pop up on home screen while log in.

I was using this app from last 5 years and has always an amazing experience with this.Fast n secure transactions to any bank and you can also manage multi accounts of uco bank through this app. Now on may 2022 , I had opened a FD account online through this app. After one year when FD got matured they credit only principle amount to my sba. I contacted to the branch as well customer care services but no good response and I have not get any intrest till today. worst service ever.

Good experience. But improvement needs to be done. It doesn't synchronise with net banking. Payment contact in net banking is showing in mbanking plus app. We have to add again.

Most of the time it just buffers and shows "we are unable to proceed, please try later". At first I thought it was due to the slow 4G connection, but it is the same even when I tried it with a 2mbps WiFi connection. Also, the app reads the OTP automatically during transaction. Please solve this problem. I wanna put my OTP myself.

I never recieve statement on my email even after sending a request in the app. Have tried it several time. Even updated my e mail id with the branch. What is the use of giving that feature. Sometimes i am in urgent need of statement and i cannot contact the branch and do the formalities all the time. Why don't you resolve this issue

Bank staff is too humble and good.My transaction never failed.This bank is awesome in service but due to high competition it is little under rated because its not able to provide reward program for customers that other banks often do. But staff and service is seamless. They dont have any unknown charges.My experience with bank is excellent.

Good experience with this app.. but your daily update is irritating. Please look into this matter. U can update it monthly... As a user I don't want ki every time when I open it, keep asking for update. Please fix it 😊.. I have very good experience with you app.. please don't force me to switch, with your daily updates..

In Privious time Update option was not compulsory instantly. But now without update you can't open my login. If I have my urgent work & net connection is slow, so it will bad experience for me

I am unable to login when ever i am about to log in it shows me to run the app in background 😡 but it actually does not allow it for so. I am using mi a1 phone. Hope i may get some assistance from your end.

Super fine app i really like this app and easy to use but giving 4 star just because this app doesn't support screenshots. I do many transaction in a day and it's very important for me to take screenshot after successful payment I hope you will add screenshot facility so I can give you 5 of 5 star

It takes a long time for the OTP to come. I have been trying since early morning but have not received the OTP. Without OTP, the app is useless.

every time when you try to open this app, it shows first update in play store. I want to know the software engineer's mind personally who is always try to update it but nothing changes in application after update

Worst mbanking app ever seen. Most of the time it could not be opened. And regularly it needs update. While updating the app does not response. Bitter experience. Pathetic app

Poor application, all time i update i have to register. Other bank apps are not like that. Even if new update comes , it doesnt ask me to register all time. So only one star rating.
