3rd class app... most of the time it doesnt work. Most of the time the server is down and you can not login. Last time it crashed and when I reopened the app, all my existing benificiaries are lost. The list is empty.
I just cant get my user id unlocked. It got locked because I entered the wrong pin and now it seems there is no way back. Even trying to reset the MPin does not work as it says my user id is locked. Worse I cannot deregister and start afresh. Is there a way out? Less said about the customer care email the better. Cant come up with a working answer after many many iterations. They just dont seem to understand the issue.
Very poor app, even not able to register, improve or remove from play Store..
I can't open the app after the sending the message of varification at the time of after installation.
There is no option to share transaction recipt in this app and due to security reasons android disabled screenshot also. Uco bank should learn interface of google pay like app first and then release ur own upi app.
I have recently installed this app. I am trying to set UPI PIN but every time it fails whereas all other internet based apps are working! It gives a message saying "Failure U09- Time Out"
App is amazing but I'm faced one problem which is screenshot not available and transaction recieve don't share to anybody

Please do some cosmetic update. This app is very minimalist, which is a good thing. Remove some unnecessary features. Default VPA should be 10 digit mobile number not 12 digit. All transactions should be under one unified list. Bank logos should be added. Most importantly fingerprint login should be implemented.
Login to your app is not happening. The problem has been coming since many days. Please update your app. Neither able to login nor vpa address is working. Even if someone transmits From another app, error showing that vpa address is incorrect.
Not coming to sms.... wrost app.... bakwas app.my mobile register but not coming Sms. Not only me but some people says same problem.
Most bogus application. After login following registration, there I found no UCO a/c in my name. There is no option how can I enter a/c no.manually also. If there I found 'UCO BANK' then after entering the name it shows only one thing " VALIDATION_ERR" and nothing else. I tried so many times but failed all the time. So I uninstalled and deregister the application.
Worst APP. AFTER INSTALLING it is not allowing me to proceed further.
To register you need to use mobile data, in step two SMS is sent from your registered mobile number, but your app stops functioning from here, no option to attach screen shot else would have let you know glitch in your app where it does not recognize SIM card so I am uninstalling this futile app
Worst experience, i have two accounts one is saving other is current.. mobile nmbr is same in both the accounts... And this is the reason i am not able to link my bank account to this app.. it simply gives msg multiple cust id with same number... Rather it should show my both accounts and let me choose which account to link ..
Every time when you reinstall the app, it asks to create new UPI ID and if you proceed with previous UPI ID it says ID already exist. After two attempts of installing and uninstalling the app, my UPI ID has been blocked and can't use the uco UPI app. Worst UPI app ever.
Can't use UPI, even though my account is linked with my phone number. Constantly getting an error, "B2, account linked with multiple names". Customer care not responding, zonal officer is never available have raised 4 complains on the website with zero response, the first one raised on August, 2018.

It's almost 10 times I tried transaction of transfer request and almost 9 times I recieve timed out or error. Very bad application for well known bank. Better to use Bhim. Specifically when you need its not work.
I installed the app multiple times since yesterday to create a new upi id for my bank account. The app is getting stuck on the welcome page and the registration page is not loading anytime. Please fix this issue so that I can create my upi id.
It can't fetch your own UCO bank accounts' credentials when you login with your registered SIM card and access the app with mobile data from that SIM. UCO Bank was always one of the finest banks in India anyway. LoL.
whats the point if you cant even do mobile recharges with this app?... we need an app that we can trust to give our upi credentials with so we can do recharges and stuff...but our own bank doesn't allow us to do mobile/dth recharges?...why not? is it really that hard to develop a full fledged upi app?
Pethetic experience with this app. Every time whenever I try to send money from this app this app shows try again later.... No stability at all....wrost experience.again the same problem.. unable to send money to benifishary.
The worst app ever. I kept losing my sms balance but it just shuts off after sending a registration sms. Literally doesn't move any further. Terrible experience. Didn't even deserve that one star.
It ask to send the message but after sending the message, nothing comes up. It says to wait and nothing happen. Do whatever you need to do to fix the issues.
you have to select upi pin manualy to enter pin.kindly fix the bug.if possible meke it more user friendly.kindly withdraw the app from public domain.this is not trust worthy.unlimited number of bug. Unable to connect to the server, kindly try after sometime.
very good app. very fast working and easily manage vartual address( this feature is awsome). so, overall very good app for money transfer.
Hey Developer team, Why app is not allowing multiple accounts with one mobile number. I have two account associated with one mobile no, I'm not able to use upi. This is not good idea. Pls resolve it for a easy digital banking. Thanks
First, all transactions are getting failed, second I go to approval/transaction status and can't even see the details. When the world's pushing for digital transaction and digitalising banking, this application makes me want to stand in a queue for an hour only for the bank officer to go for lunch and come back an hour later and then I'll have to wait half an hour more and I wouldn't mind it.. absolutely terrible experience
