Uconnect® Access

This app WAS complete garage! NOW it's ok. It has gotten better with response times with the lock and unlock features. It's still slow when it comes to GM's OnStar system that my dad has. The remote start up is still about the same as a few months ago before the last update. With all the computer integrations in the vehicles why can't it show how much fuel is in the truck and be able to adjust the a/c or heat!?!?

This doesn't connect to the network and is 100% useless. The app or android were updated and since then I get a message can't connect to network. Tried reinstalling it and get a message to say incompatible with Android which is the latest version. For a paid service this should not happen! Will contact customer care and get a refund as this app doesnt work and hasn't for several months.

The Uconnect app is ok if all you want to do is start your vehicle from far away. I can never get the app to connect when I am connected ro any wifi signal, I first have to turn off wifi, then reconnect using cell signal. I wish for a few items, ability to ensure best is running during winter, cooling in summer, and maybe ability open/close windows or moon roof from app. what happened to Pandora and iHeart radio apps on Uconnect enabled radios? give us more apps the just Yelp.

My app topped syncing my phone to my car. It works fine for audio and nav, but all of a sudden my phone doesn't work. Calls go to my headset; voice commands are unusable. Instead, all I keep getting is "phone book is still syncing." Tried everything. Nothing works. Please fix ASAP!

unable to connect since the last TWO android updates. the previous update was an intermittent issue, this time its constant! I DID use this app all the time, WHEN it was working! Now all I get is a not connected to the network error, whether I have full 5 bar service or I'm in my house standing right next to my wifi router! And I don't appear to be the only one with this issue! Why no responses and why no fix? I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

My free trial just ended with this app and when I called to see about paying for it, I was told it's $15 a month! Are you friggen kidding me?!? $15 for an app that's essentially a key fob you can use from anywhere? GTFOH with that scam! The remote lock/unlock only worked about 50% of the time. Even if I was standing right next to the truck. The only "stats" about the truck I could see were the pressure and fuel level. That's it. That's the entire app. There's nothing else remotely useful about it. $15 a month? I wouldn't pay $15 for a year for that. Add more features/services and then people may consider paying for it.

Cannot connect to network... I think FCA deprecated this app without actually telling anyone. Their site pushes you to install a newer Uconnect app and makes no obvious mention of not supporting this version. Not a good support experience, which is much like many of the mechanical support experiences I've had, unfortunately.

Constantly crashes. I have actually paid for this service and the app won't let me in. A message saying Cannot connect to the network, check your network settings. I have uninstalled this app and reinstalled this app. Restarted my phone. Checked my network settings. Nothing. Really aggravated and disappointed.

Promotes very unsafe driving by requiring user to go into settings and uncheck and re-check the apps options to use music apps, EACH TIME USED. If you don't have a passenger to do this for you it is unsafe to do while driving. Even then it only works apx 25% of the time. This app is a disgrace to the Jeep name!

App is subpar compared to other cars and now it says this app isn't compatible with my phone. And when I try to do directions it can never dind my car. I have a 2016 Challenger and a Galaxy S9 plus. it worked great until you updated the software in 16. now its useless.

Kept getting the network error message for weeks, like many people have posted. I downloaded the other UCONNECT app, the blue one, and everything is working with this one. I wish they would have told us to load the new app.

Although I've had this same phone for over 2 years and had this app the whole time, it now says it is for an older version of Android. There is no update available, though. Also says, "Cannot connect to network" Please fix this!

Errors: "This app was made for a previous version of android and may not work properly". (There is not a newer version available) "Unable to connect to the network. Check network connection." (My network is fine)

Android 9 fix. Flawless for me. I have had for two years now and love the app. It stopped working after the Android 9 update on 09/12/ 2018 however I installed the Uconnect app with the blue icon and it is working fine.

like many others, since Android update, the app does not connect to the server and therefore my vehicle as well. Previously it has been great. Please get this fixed. it is -9 below and the remote start is a life-saver

Never works for Pandora! Have tried all updates and called customer service, still bad. It probably only plays 1-2 songs before getting some sort of error. Hope they fix it soon. It's been 2 years.

worked fine until the latest Samsung software update. like the app, if you pay you wager more functions but still nice to have the info on the car and service advise. texting is just ok, you need to pay to get voice texting but free you get predefined messages. better than nothing.

GARBAGE. Does not work as intended. I log into the uConnect website with no issues. I log into the uConnect app, and it says no vehicles detected on app. I call customer support, and I get the run around, and I'm instructed to call Chrysler support. Uninstalling this garbage. Goodbye.

Have not been able to login for months. Defeats the purpose of the app which is expensive service to be paying for to start with. Very disappointing and will not be renewing my subscription.

App is great when it chooses to function correctly. For the past week, there has been a "network issue". Other than this issue, the app would have 5 stars from me.

DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE....Worked until my phone had an update. Now when I click the app it tells me it does not work with this version of Android. I have waited over a month for an update for an app THAT I PAY FOR and nothing. What a waste of my money!!!

App was ok. But like many, many others, the app stopped connecting several weeks ago. It reflects badly on the UConnect and Ram brands. Very frustrating Attn Developer: FIX THIS APP.

I've never had a problem with this app till Android was updated now all I get is that it is not connected to network. please fix this this issue also said it is only compatible with an older android

app was barely usable before the latest android system update. Now it wont connect to the network at all. I'd be REALLY pissed if I were paying for the extra features.

My app hasn't been working for a few weeks. I live in MI and utilize this app frequently in the winter months and now, if I could. When get off work, I want a warm vehicle and windows defrosted. Pleasw fix this asap!

You need to fix the bug issues from this update, because lsst years bugs were working just fine. Being that we have to pay for our subscription to use your app, one would think you would AT LEAST check it out on SOMETHING. Is this going to take you ANOTHER YEAR to fix. Please say it ain't so.

I resubscribed to uconnect and downloaded the app. it states the app is not compatible with my android version. and won't connect to the network... So I cannot use the app.
