UCOPAY+
UCOPAY+ is a semi closed digital wallet application on Android platform to cater your financial requirement. It is electronic virtual wallet where you can load money and spend it for your Mobile recharge/ DTH recharge/various utility Bill Payments including Gas, Electricity, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc., sending money to your near & dear ones. It contains various features like adding money from your net banking/debit card/credit card, getting money from your pals, paying money to your pal’s wallet/UCO Bank account. It provides facility of QR Code scanning of merchants and doing quick payment.
You can check all transaction statement and send it to your Email-IDs.
How to Register:-
• Download the app “ UCOPAY” from Android playstore.
• Register in “UCOPAY” by entering your mobile number and creating your profile.
• Load money into your wallet (through your net banking, debit card, Credit card, by asking from
your Pal and by your Bank account).
• Use the wallet money for your day to day expenses like bill payment, mobile/DTH recharge, online
shopping etc.
• Transfer money from wallet to UCO Bank account.
• If you are a merchant, create your own QR code and receive the money by displaying the QR code
to the customer.
• Customer can pay the bill by scanning the QR code without any pain/complexity like writing
account number/IFSC/Name etc.
• Any complaints need to be forwarded to [email protected]
All you need to access the wallet is:
• Android OS phone
• Access to Internet which can be via Wi-Fi or your mobile internet

Very worsts app. I received my online video KYC schedule and I definitely open the link in the given time slot but then didn't get any respond. Very worst app.
Hated It. Nothing at all really works. You can only add money and no withdraw option. Never got the debit card delivered even after branch formalities. App is barely functional. Branch and staffs aren't aware of anything. My overall experience with this app and bank both has been really very unpleasant. Please improve your services.
After recent update I am not able to transfer my money from wallet to bank account. My 5000 rs got stucked. It says this feature is temporary disabled. And even I cannot do anything other than transfer as well. Like electricity bill pay, recharge, piped gas bill pay nothing I can do. So please give a update resolve this issue as soon as possible.
After recent update my 3000rs got stuck in wallet and I am not able to transfer to the account or do any kind of payment. However this problem occur after recent update and same thing happening with many Ucopayplus customers. Kindly do the needful action earliest possible in this time of crisis to ensure every customer get there money transfer to their account soonest possible. Thanks.
Very bad experience, 👎 we have try approximately 2 weeks but my account not opened, still showing your request not processed plz try after some time why...don't download.
Very worst service 😡 I completed my kyc then also i unable to transfer money then what is use of this account 🤦 simple waste of time friends thier is no UPI option to transfer they not provide facility simply time waste 🤦
cant recharge for all companies,and disgusting way to reset a password or if the app acount is blocked.

I installed this app because I couldn't recharge my videocon d2h from the bank app. Loaded Rs 500 from my account. Couldn't recharge d2h. Again tried to add biller payee but it doesn't work. Tried sending the money back to my bank app but it's refused. Again my phone warned me that this app keeps working in the background(for what?) and guzzles up battery charge so uninstalled. My money gone down the drain. This app is a fraud. Zero star, but had to give one star as they do not allow review.
I have been using this app. Recently I have updated. After updated it was not opening after entering password and login. The app stops and closes automatically after this
Worst app ever, when I try to login it show "ucopay+ s" and other nonsense things. Over all I am unable to login for two days... Developer are totally unable to complete the development of the app. If they are unable to develop the app then why this type of nonsense things are in play store...😠
Worst app in the world, even technical team (developers) don't know when it works properly, neither responds to our mails if we have any issues nor resolution provided as my amount Rs. 5000 got stucked in the wallet now i am unable to log in since 3 days, getting requested time out when i tried to log in, how ridiculous this app, do the needful immediately. Please don't use ucopay wallet

Dear sir, I have instant account through ucopay+ and from last one year, I tried to apply a debit Card but the apps show only- your request on process. your digital banking system/ instant account opening system not satisfy..
Many times tried to add Indusind Bank credit card deails to register for bill payment. Error appeared as Request time out. Please check the status. You are not taking any interest to resolve this issue. Requested to resolve the issue.
Hi Team, I tried to load 5000 on 20th March 2019 and txn failed but money debited from my source. I waited some time thought that I'll get my money back to my card. But even that also not happen. Team please look into this issue and reverse my 5000 back to my card or credit to wallet so that I can use it for future transactions.
It seems uco bank have closed all the services from uco wallet except money loading. You can load money multiple times but unable to use it when u need. No one us responding on queries. Call center m.banking help id have not generated any reply. Atleast automatically reply is not received. Worst app.
Totally waste of time.!! You can't use it's virtual debit card without pin generation which can be only set at uco ATM if you have physical debit card. That means if you want to use this account you have to go to branch and do full kyc , thereafter you will be provided physical debit card.
Wrost App. I was added 3k in it but it got stuck. Now i can't use it. I did Full KYC by visiting branch but the worst app still showing please do your kyc by visiting your nearest branch. No proper customer care. As a result i requested closed it, but still no response & no refund of money. The worst app I have ever seen. Don't download it and don't register,don't add money into it else your money will got stuck.
Money stuck in wallet and nobody is responding through mail or call, I am full kyc user but not even to allowed funds transfer to bank account after increased charges of 2%. Due to lockdown really needs money but uco pay team not responding at all. Really bad service.
Such a worst application haven't seen in my life despite applied charges fund transfer is not happening. Error. This feature is temporarily unavailable please try later. What is this. You said 77 years old bank. No email answers no tweeter responses. I m sad.

During registration with UCOPAY+ wallet, I tried to write my email address but the symble i.e. " at the rate" @" not accepting when I entered the details so registration not done without email id. I have tried with another mobile same problem exist. Unable to write my email id as @ symbol not reflecting during email id typing.
One of the worst service I had came across in terms of banking apps,it is advertised as it could be used to open uco account via vedeo kyc but in reality it is of no use.you have to keep sending mail to a non responsive email service to get your video kyc slot.and when video kyc is done by using an undeveloped poor system and poorly trained unprofessional personnel it is quite impossible to complete it successfully.unlike other banks this video kyc is nothing but just an ad gimmick.
UCOPay+ wallet is working or not?? i want to open an instant account. so i fill all the details and by last step to add nominee when click to submit, it show a pop up that unable to process, try again later. please try again later. now i want to know if this app is closed then how i close this UCOPay+ wallet??????
