It's GOOD. I've never had issues with OTP; either via SMS or email. One problem, I cannot use the "View History" facility. Just when I needed it most; an unrecognized charge was deducted from my available balance. Unfortunately, when I click the View History, the application keeps on crashing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application; same issue.

Need UX/UI Improvements. Don't really appreciate how users are forced to change passwords after some time. I understand it's probably a security feature but it gets confusing and tiresome keeping up with the new passwords that you end up locking yourself out of your own account. Recovering access to your account is also such a hassle and it takes long for support to attend to your concerns and address the issue. Wire transfers also takes way too many steps and too many requirements needed.

This app's connection is so poor that it often encounters a lot of problems. To connection timeouts to website errors and login request timeouts, and often blames the client's internet connection despite having a stable and secure connection. This happens almost all the time, not rarely, but frequently. This app is so poorly made that it makes transacting with UCPB painfully slow and super frustrating! I hope these issues could be addressed when it gets merged with Land bank.

I only installed it an hour ago so I dont have much problems yet only one. The app crashes whenever I press "View History". I noticed in some reviews as well that they're having this problem. Please fix it sooner thank you Edit: view history is fixed but now I cant go online. My last online was days ago and yesterday it keeps saying wrong username or password. Edit 2: I've contacted and renewed my password. Everything is good now and I haven't had problems since. Thanks ucpb!

Every time, I want to use the app to make my transaction easier and faster but using this app is not convenient, its time consuming rather than to make your transaction easier, the app makes it harder. I recommend to have face detection or finger print, as an otp, Because sometimes otp thru email and text/call doesn't work. I recommend to fix the system because sometimes other functions doesn't work properly.

I like this app. I've been using it regularly. It gives me a convenient way to get and transfer money around. But it has too many bugs. And the password system is so outdated. There should be a fingerprint recognition system already in place.

I can't open my account, they need to upgrade the system. Other mobile banking doesn't have the OTP. They can access it right away. They just have the finger print access which is more efficient. Sending OTP is a waste of time. Kindly upgrade your system. Thank you!

It would be great if you remove the bug or glitch or whatever you might call it everytime that you are unable to logout properly you won't e able to log in for the next 15-30 minutes... You are the only bank that does that for their mobile application.

Always an error prompt. It's a hassle going to the bank just to make transfers when you can just do it anywhere instead. However, the app is so unreliable.

I'm having a hard time receiving an OTP in my email. Please fix this problem. Been doing this for 1 week now, either late OTP, in which case it's already expired when entered, or not receiving OTP at all. Another thing, I tried updating email add and phone number thru your website but nothing happened, still the same. Really disappointed. Editing it from 2 stars to 1 star, checked other's feedbacks and noticed none of them got any response from the developer. So sad!

TRASH. This app is a trash. Why can't you do more about this app UCPB? I cant log in. Been trying to install the app so many times yet it still says my internet connection is week/interrupted. The app wont send OTP on my email account. Makapag switch nga to other banks.

1. Your customer service is unresponsive. I've been calling for 3 days straight already and no one seems to pick up the phone. I don't know if they left the phone hanging so no one can reach them 2. I am unable to login to the app. It keeps on freezing and says that there is something wrong with the internet connection given that our wifi is working properly with other banking apps 3. I am unable to transfer funds to other bank account Hoping for your swift action with regard to this matter

Changing my rate. Unfortunately, I learned from the CS during my call that this app now requires android 8, which I can't use anymore. Sadly, the app is actually better than the browser-based, but putting an OS limit is unnecessary. You should just retained the older version as a separate app but limited functions instead of having a new version with limited users

I just registered but i cannot seem to log-in my account through the App. It keeps on telling me to choose one of the options to get a one time passcode but neither of those worked. I always keep getting this message saying i don't have a phone number or email attached to my account or something like that. Worst App ever. You guys just wasted my time. Thanks anyway

I am so dissapointed with this application. I updated it because I thought there is an improvement. I hope they will fix the issue. It is asking for OTP but it is showing that I do not have email address or phone number attached to my online account which is impossible because it will require to put your your email and phone number to register.

Worst banking app ever. I can't even use it when needed most. Sometimes I can't login because as the app said my internet connenction was not stable whereas I can still use my other apps with the fast internet i have at the time. There were also times that the code were sent very late in my email to the point that it had expired before i can enter. Please do yourself a favor, do not download this app or much better change your bank.

Request for OTP is such a pain and waste of time. Unlike other banks wherein you can receive the OTP in just a minute, it usually takes more than 5 minutes for me to receive the OTP, which means I have to request for another OTP each time the password expires (OTP becomes invalid after 5 minutes). And I am pretty sure my internet connection is fast and stable. Not reliable. Feeling disappointed and annoyed everytime I use this app 😒👎

App shows that I don't have registered mobile number to send the OTP. With same issue at option 2 for email. Also registration page had me fill out all info multiple times even though I'm very careful and detailed on info requirement. Poor branch customer service, and poor technology!!! Will never recommend this bank!!!!

SO INCONVENIENT!! This is literally the WORST mobile banking app! For every single error in my transaction, which is caused by this glitchy interface in the first place, I have to contact UCPB before I can transact again! Their lines are constantly busy and I got no response in my emails!

So far this app is goog. The only thing i want to see here, or the only feature i want to have in this app, is the feature where i can see deposit transaction. Because whenever i look at the transaction history, i only list the list of my online payments and mobile reload transactions. Please add a feature where we can also see deposits and withdrawal transactions. Thank You!

Very bad app. I transfer P3000 money in ucpbmobile banking via instaPay. The app says "transaction unsuccessful". I did it 4 times. The 5th was the successful. I was shock when I saw the banking history. I transmitted P15000. Meaning, they deduct my savings P12000 and the "unsuccessful" transaction was successful (if the receiver really receive it). My account also, really was subtract And I gave P15000 to the receiver instead of 3000. Also, the banking history didn't show pass banking via atm.

I cannot use the mobile app anymore. I cannot access my bank account. It kept on giving me the message for wrong user id and password. Requested for unblocking of user id but no reply. It used to be so convenient before but now it frequently crashes and even the sms OTP code takes longer to received which makes the user to log in many times. I hope UCPB will resolve this very soon. It is so inconvenient and disappointing.
