I love the idea of the application, but I'm unable to connect eureka with my presbyterian account for access to my health records to get a better idea of what I need to do to change my habits to be the best me!
It's good to give my experiences with Covid, to help others. Thanks for the great assistance.
I'm very glad this app exists since it gives me an opportunity to contribute to the fields currently looking into COVID 19. However the app could use some improvements. When adding medications, the dosage schedule selection does not work. I have to select "other" and input manually. Overall the UI is fairly well designed and easy to navigate. I look forward to future updates while I continue participating in surveys! ;)
App was finally updated/fixed to a point where I can take the survey again. Updating to 4 stars due to working again, but going months without a fix. I originally gave this five stars, but the last update made it so I can no longer open the app. It either crashes or fails to connect each time. Hopefully there'll be another update soon to fix this.
I was/am very interested in the results of this app. but its been a few months since i have been able to access it. I have tried with the study dept and still no positive results
Jun 2021 update Experience has improved a lot. They are also quite responsive about issues. It is indeed a great tool to collect data. I am not sure how much they are doing to protect our anonymity. I hope our I don't end up on the darkweb after the next breach. It keeps crashing as I try to answer the survey questions. How can you use this in any kind of scientific study?
The app doesn't function properly. Upon completion of the first section, the only option was to "Submit Survey" (which I did) and I was expecting the app to load the next section automatically, but it didn't. The app also does not allow you to manually launch any of the other sections from the home page either. So now, I keep receiving daily alerts to complete the survey, but I am unable to launch any of the remaining sections.
This app is very well designed. It is so easy to use, which makes the surveys a breeze to complete. Even the color scheme they chose makes the experience pleasant. If I ever have any trouble, their team is quick to respond with support. It's easy to make a difference with their surveys when using this app. I would highly recommend it.
Each time I have received my notice to log in to my account for that weeks survey I have had problems logging in.
I cannot change my password and it keeps telling me that I need a token then another reason. So, how can I participate if I can't? I'm not spending time trying to reach you when it's not evident in how to do so. Please do better. 12/26/2021 I just tried again. It's still a constant loop in trying to even login and I'm getting nowhere.
won't load, error 443, tried reinstalling a couple of times, still gives error, please fix. Now I see reviews about this kind of issue since March 2019. This app has oppositional defiant disorder. Uodate: they fixed that, but now the app won't open unless you give it your email address for "security," this after the recent scandal with ucsf. I already had to disable the location feature because it was making my phone heat up when i was using other apps.
It worked great on my samsung galaxy S10. It paused a bit on the opening screen. Once it started i went thru all the initial questions in the study without any issues whatsoever. Obviously they corrected issues of earlier reviews.
Simple, clear, easy to use, and visually nice design. I've not had issues of app crashing. Glad to contribute to this effort. (Also collateral benefits as a participant - prompts for answering daily have had a positive ripple effect elsewhere, e.g., am more interested to learn about COVID-19 worldwide, shift habits/behaviors, have extra masks when in public to give to folks who want/need)
Very easy to take daily surveys. Been using for a couple weeks now and I have had no issues setting up the app or with daily surveys. One suggestion though, I don't take any meds but the app tells me often that it would help if I added meds but has no option for not taking anything I just submit blank med list.
Great initiative, I will continue to use. But some questions could be improved. For example, it asks if you ever smoked (even one of two puffs), and it asks if you smoked in the last 30 days. However it doesn't ask any questions to determine if you smoked for 50 years and quit 30 days ago, or if you tried one puff and never used again. Also it asks how many weeks ago you last had a fever, instead of asking the date. I recommend improving some of the questions to provide more accurate data.
Just keeps crashing on pixel 3a, can't even open it. Update: I tried it again, it can now open but when I try to click on a rating for my sleep in the sleep tracker, it freezes then crashes.
Used this for months quite happily. Last week or so, they began demanding my email address when the app opens and no opt out, with the shallow statement "they'd use it makes my account more secure" I'd prefer not to them my email so I've uninstalled and have terminated participation.
5 stars cuz it's important, and it works on my Galaxy S9, but the notifications can't be cleared. I have to disable and re-enable notifications every day. About ready to uninstall just over that.
Doesn't work. Downloaded it and now I can't use it because it's saying my phone number doesn't exist which isn't true. So the program won't even open. I get no text message to validate the app. It's a worthless app right now.
I gave 3 because I love the idea of this app and find it important. I was participating in a study and everything was fine until the last update. I have not been able to continue participating because the app keeps crashing. I'm very disappointed. Please fix this.

I would love to keep using the app and participating in the study but for 4 days now its been crashing constantly. Super prompt response - but the update didn't fix anything.
Got stuck on the baseline survey because I haven't had any COVID-19 symptoms. "None of the above" was not an option, and I was required to select something. So, I cancelled filling out the survey.
I've been using this application since after it's creation. It's efficient and does not take too much time to do every day. I also like the fact that this helps experts study more about covid-19.
It used to crash but the update fixed it. It's fun to do the daily COVID19 one minute survey to help scientists that are trying to help us all.
It was an easy to use app but it no longer opens.
The first thing I was asked to enter to sign up was my first and last name but I kept getting an error that both first and last were required. Had to stop there and wasn't able to sign up.
The app force closes every time I open. It was fine until it update. I don't even get the pretty heart in my notification bar for them to see if I visited a hospital.
I just want to delete my account but the app is not letting me: login thru my phone number, change my password. I am getting annoyed by the text messages I receive at night. Please let me delete this app.
PLEASE FIX!!! I can't join any new studies! Whenever I click the "Learn More" button on a new study the app crashes every single time. I was trying to do the "Chronic Lower Back Pain" study and can't because the app crashes. This has been going on for many months and it is still not fixed.
