Full of features, but developer think about adding a feature I'm going to explain. It will be a great if you can add vcredit to vcredit sync between both the parties. Means if I give credit to someone and if he also have v credit installed on his mobile, the ledger or the balance should auto update on both mobiles. it can be further limited to editing by the credit giver only or both can add entry. I gave 500 credit to ram and when he paid 200 he added the entry himself. Hope you got my point
Great & Very Very Useful👍. Specially I like this app for its standard sms notification format👌 But, some cons are.. 1. I can't capture/set a profile photo for my client like OkCredit app. 2. When I come back from offline to online, my customers do not get sms notifications for their offline transactions. 3. Contacts can very easily remove from device. It can happen accidentally. I think this place should be password protected. 4. Backup should be always storing in cloud.
Nice bt there shld be option to check credit status at any past date For example The random workers do a number of jobs at my farm frequently and they take money when ever they need it, so there are a lot of transactions with them.The main problem is that they do not write but remember orally in their own way and we tally it after six months. While tallying they ask the credit status after every job and every payment. I need option to see the account status of that date by clickng any transactn

The interface which you have designed is very good and specially the image uploaded option which you have provided is very helpful for me. No words to say for your creativity really its SUPERB. Such an easy to use app by keeping all your transactions safe n secure but it will be more better if it shows the narration on display. It would be much better if it start showing us the balance side by side with every entry and narration beneath the entry.
One of the greatest App, I have come across after a long time. This is one the greatest app however, I would request to give option to Add more Businesses as all trasactions are getting stored in 1 business name. But app is no doubt one of the greatest with features like saving screenshot of bills and reminders.
Poor Performance!!!!!! All customers detail has been fed and saved. While openings app nothing is being seen, only able to see busy sign on screen. After trying too many times all details seen. Need to be updated properly for 5 star ranking.
I cannot enter my phone number when I choose country as Nepal. Have been using this app for over a year. Tried switching to another device. Other countries except India, when chosen, there is no field to enter phone number to receive OTP. Please look into it. Thank you.
Comprehensive and Intuitive It is so easy to manage my business now. The app is really very good. Just a suggestion for the developer(s): Please add a feature to customise the "messages" sent along with payment reminders.
After update of 13-sep-2019... The top displayed summary was not displayed. Which is available in previous version. It is very helpfull to understand total credit & payment given. Please add that back. Please update your App on the "Hinglish" mode. In that mode sms sent but the "Notes" content dose not included in SMS. If we select "english" then SMS include notes content in SMS. So please solve this issue ASAP. All improved after update.
Overall good,in display layout after principle,interest and total balance is not visible as three dot colon shades/overlaps the same. Same may be rectified.And also status of the individual account didplay of overdue month is not properly calculated.
Simple and easy kudos to developer for such easy interface to work with... The only problem is the note which we keep for transaction is only visible in all party statement. When we want it in party wise statement it wuldnt be there inspite it should be visble for better memory and understanding of parties
Really useful and helps keep ledgers in pocket.very user friendly ....but one option is missing ....that's previous balance of parties...you get here receive and give option only ...what about previous balance ????
App is good. But according to me if this is recovery app for our debts, then there must added one simple facility. That is there must be automatic sms reminder (weekly every Sunday @ 9 am) for every customer who have kept Balance amt. You can keep on /off button for this option
One of the best app for billing records,UI interface is very nice n easy to undersand for use,but seriosly some important function nedded, 1) auto reminder not sent to custemer in each entry 2) language not set each custemer seprately 3)most important we cant add mutiple transction photos or sreenshoot for each entry(only we can add 1photos for 1entry), 4) apdate reguraly ur app with addition future...If devloper team add this function it will be no 1app for khata book.
Very good app, easy to manage credit and debits. If pdf generation is made more attractive it will be great (Eg: Instead of Name and address in center of page, make it in left side with a good design) Update: The team has replied for the review, but no any updation made in regard with pdf generation
I used to like it but in recent times i had to format my phone due to which all data got deleted. I tried checking the sync option for data back up but it was not available.. This is real flaw.
Very nice app.. But in app it Shall be able to operate on 2 phones at least as because if 2 people are operating a business where they are available on alternate basis... Yours is a very good app, but if you create above features, it will be helpful to partnership business also...
Everything is okay except for one thing. You dont have auto sync function. Like we are two patners and some time ine stays n sometime other. If i do entry in one and it get reducd in other than it wiuld hve been better
Firstly... 1. Vyapar app ko bhi already set kar sakte hain for this type of record, to some extent it is different. 2. There is NO OPENING BALANCE for parties, 3. The design is really great, I recommend this design be implemented in the Vyapar app. The look and feel is pretty awesome.
Hi sir There is no option to download the photos which we have taken while giving credit or taking payment and it doesn't save the photos to my gallery also make it immediate backup when we edit or do something in the app because it says the automatic backup will be done 2 times a day i have used okcredit in that app it will automatically backup on every action do please make a update about this issue thank you
It would be better if interest rate is shown on customer page. It would be better to give credit payments to new customers through bank account from this app itself. Already you have given an option to receive payments through upi directly to bank.
There have a major problem. Problem is there have no deta store option, deta upload only vcredit storage account. But it is not store on my choice. It is very bad for users. I cannot store my data at my personal storage account. If this problem solve it will be very helpful to users.

It's very good apps but need more option like debit,credit summary with sum and many more . Need to back up all data with Google drive and phone memory. Need to use this apps in multi phone with 1 phone number or email address.
I request everyone to not use this app at all. I changed my phone and tried reinstalling the app in it...... but it always gives me a warning and says phone or email id not registered or your session has been expired.My debt details are gone.Please help me.......
Very handy app to maintain "Udhar Khata". I've used almost every apps to keep record of credit transaction but this one is best them all. I would glad if we also get Nepali date format too. Thank you for pricious effort to make it free.
Good app but company made some misleading claims like Invoicing, billing, inventory, GST app. But the reality is it's only debit & credit app. When you add a customer there is only one option. First take payment & second give credit. Secondly , there is a calculation problem while showing the balance. There should be an option to raise Invoice.
