Nice app, would be great, if received package data, would pop-up in notification section, and would be displayed for a while, even when app is minimized.
This is the exact thing I needed! Now I can communicate from my apps to my phone in my house! 👍👍👍 Reading other reviews and the app works ok for me in background too (not closed) getting the notifications ok
There is a strange behavior on the local port, where the packet is not always sent through the port specified in this field, even when the remote = local option is set in the settings. Using Android 9.
THIS APK IS GOOD, I CAN MESSAGE OVER INTERNET FOR FREE. IF NO DATA AVAILABLE IT APPLICABLE. BUT A PROBLEM IS IT DON'T RUN IN FOREGROUND. WHY I CAN'T GET NOTIFICATION AFTER CLOSING THE APK. PLEASE ADD A FOREGROUND SERVICE FOR BETTER SERVICE AND RATING. THANKS DEVELOPERS.
Suggestion: autofill remote and port settings when long pressing on the origin address of the incomming inbound message.
Add foreground service on this app please.
Just the tool I was looking for to test my udp server
It does what I expected
Not work, I grant it storage permission but it's still said permission denied and cannot work at all. Sad. I have tried to reinstall it and still got the same error. I use Android 7.1.1system, U guys need a deeper investigation on it.
Simple and does the job well. Great testing tool
Great for testing , so very simple
I like it for testing my robots
Amazing app, helpful and responsive support. This is excellent as a simple local chat app, i.e. within office/home, wifi only, no cloud, no charge. Integrates well with tasker and other automation apps to control/communicated with other devices using UDP. Useful intents available in the app, even if you're new to using intent. I'm using it to pass keywords to remote control other android phones used as ip-camera. This app can also do push notification using just the IP address to other android devices which is a major plus. I tested that within my local network, very quick action.
Worked as promised
No way to save the stream of messages to a file? That's what I need. Long press on the messages allows copying ONE message. Not good enough. Perhaps in a future version?
