UE ROLL

Best speaker I have ever invested in! Design, style and ability. That being said, a few years ago UE upgraded the tech so this would no longer sync with any other UE speaker product when they could originally. About to take this on a trip, because it's so perfect for any water activities and come to find no upgrades, changes or anything since 2017. I get you want me to buy more products from you but I have and I do. This is just cheap.

3 because it has the feature to do the block party... great idea, a little buggy. Anytime music starts to play, if the host phone clicks anything/anytime, the music will die for about 3 seconds, which makes it pointless to start a song and look for more to add to a play list. Also the block party needs to have the playlist viewable to all "DJs" so that everyone can see the next song. should be less stars because of the bugginess but need to give credit to the idea.

Can't turn on power via phones anymore; even though, smart bluetooth is on. Once you turn the power off, either on the speaker button or phone app, you will have to turn the power back on using the speaker button in order for the app to work. I even reset the speaker, to no avail. It'd been working fine before.

excellent app idea. but android version is really week. but it is not very stable when playing long hours continuously. it hangs after few hours many times. Also, the app does not support many android features like split screen. so now, when playing music on youtube, the music has to stop, if i have control equaliser or use double-up feature.

I think the features and functionality of this app are great. I haven't experienced any of the issues or complaints I've spotted in other reviews. I also appreciate that the app isn't necessary at all but is a great supplemental app to an awesome BT speaker. ROLL 2. Would really love to see a dark theme.

this app definitely enhanced the speaker which was just fine as far as I was concerned - so, I was quite surprised by how much more I liked the speaker as a result of simply installing an using this app. I definitely recommend it. Plus U can't beat the price.

Absolute guff. They've abandoned the UE Roll by removing functionality in this app because they want us to shell out for one of their newer speakers. This kind of planned obsolescence drives me round the bend and I won't be buying one of their speakers again.

I don't even know why they bothered with this app!!!It's never actually been USEFUL or worked properly. You don't NEED it in order to use any of the features. The speaker itself has trouble connecting via BT with some iphones- forget trying to use the app for double up!!

Lost the ability to turn on with app. Was one of the coolest features of the app. You can still turn it off, but it shuts off automatically in 15 minutes so who cares about that option. I was gonna buy another, but not now.

LOVE my ue roll one and two, when they will connect to my phone and stay connected * which is most of the time* I'm always plugging them in to my laptop to updated but they are still glitchy a lot! some good updates for the speakers abd the app ate needed!! the app is completely garbage now and ALWAYS force closing 😡 plus hasn't had an update at all since I got my speakers in 2016!! it woukd make things nicer if you could give a hood update on both!!!!!!!

My Android blu phone works fine with this. I can power my roll on/off in the app. Block party works and is really useful. Lost my roll a few years ago at a festival and rebought one and am happy with the updates they did before they stopped supporting it. My favorite speaker.

I really enjoy the speaker and app. I would have given the app a 5 if I could double up my Roll with my Boom 2 speaker. I found this a bit frustrating because many times I would love to have both my speakers working when I am ourside in the yard. Oh well.

Same issues as everyone else. Can't remotely turn the speaker on like before. Update the app already. The speaker is amazing and I can't see buying any other BUT this issue makes me not want to buy any other UE speaker as well. UPDATE THE APP ALREADY PLEASE!

Very poor response from UE Roll Speaker and its App developers. I was using the Android App of UE Roll for Smart operations from my Mobile app. Recently, my phone's manufacturer (Samsung) upgraded the Android version in the system and thereafter UE Roll stopped pair for want of upgradation from the UE Roll developers side. Though, I had sent an Email requesting UE Roll for appropriate action, they doesn't even bother to reply to me. UE Roll Speakers is good, but the people behind it r not good.

Unable to stream from my Pixel 3 running on Android version 10. It shows up as connected bluetooth device but for some reasons does not show in the app and also unable to stream. Please help to fix this. Thanks.

Smart remote speaker remote on/off no longer works (Android10). No new release in over two and a half years. Disappointed in Logitech; they can and should do better.

Constantly having to uninstall and re-install app cause speakers won't connect or double up. Very frustrating. Then says need app after all of that.

After getting in touch with customer support about no longer being able to turn the speaker on remotely months ago, there's still no update to the app. Really disappointing.

If you can't pair both you got to unpair both from bluetooth; pair em again; then they it again on the app. If that doesn't work; Factory reset both. I Had the same problem messed around with that process got it to work.

alot of issues with the app.....alarm function not reliable...i use the alarm feature of ue roll 2 since i am a heavy sleeper... 2 out of 5 times alarm doesnt ring...somtimes alarm randomly shows changes timings...etc.

Finally app update for Samsung 9 and above. Full features are available once again. Especially the remote speaker on and off function . Thank you Ultimate Ears!!!

It doesn't help you connect your phone to your speaker. It tells you how but, it doesn't go into detail if the directions they gave on the app didn't work!! Bottom line.....it was useless!!!

This app has such a problem reading both devices, it was practically not worth buying both. I recommend never buying more than one and relying on this awful app, it will give you more headaches than music.

Crashes a lot. Maybe will be better with an incoming Galaxy S9. Currently used with S7 and I am underwhelmed by the app, while the sound of the speakers is 7 at best.

this product and app are usless wont pair or pairs but wont work with app, when mirical happens and does pair after numerous attempts then it wont doubleup. i wish i had never bought one i am even more stupid ss i bought two. Absolutly ripped off. it doesnt allow me to give it less than one star but i would give -5.

Don't buy UE products, it's not compatible with new devices because they don't update their products. For example, I have Bluetooth 5 on Pixel 3a, and in UE ROLL 1 it's 4.1, technically it's compatible with an update but they don't want to update because they want you buy new products

Can not connect with One Plus 6. The power button is not displayed in the app. Worthless totally. Why can't you people allow it to connect like normal Bluetooth device. Money wasted..
