App is unusable for the last week. I click on the app to open it and it remains stuck on first page saying "LOADING" and it NEVER LOADS. THIS RENDERS THE APP USELESS AND UNABLE TO USE FOR ANYTHING. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!
App is stuck on first scrren loading. It used to work. Is there an upgrade we need yo install? Very frustrating!

App is good. Not sluggish like some other banks. Add touch id and it would be perfect.

I'm glad there is finally an app but please if you can add mobile deposit it would make banking so much easier!
Just awful, they never honored the $25 visa card that was promised when signing up. I get 20+ emails DAILY! DAILY! and each is a notification that my account has been accessed and log in successful. I think it's plaid doing it, but it's not me, there own representatives have nothing to offer as explanation. That's if they ever bother replying to you, I couldn't use this Credit Union account to receive direct deposit because Plaid won't link up, not just me same thing with bf and no help live
