This only works when it wants to. I keep getting an error message stating I took too long to send, or my file is too large. I'm 15 seconds into the process, and I'm sending one (1) sheet of paper. The online desktop version works much better. Please fix this bug. I have relied on this service for over 15 years. Dont quit on me now!
This app is horrible now; have not been able to send any faxes at all. when trying to attach files to fax says; "Request took to long - Document too long?" No it file is not to long because it does it for even a one page document. This message pops up every time. Several years back when I had this app it worked excellent, and I gave it a 5 star, but I have changed me review now because it is horrible app.
I can no longer attach documents. Like the other user, it says it takes too long to get document.
So far, I am not impressed. The app installed with no issues. Then, once I submitted my payment, I got a blank screen. It remained blank with absolutely zero functionality for 20 minutes. Then, when the app finally opened and I prepared to send a fax, I opted to preview it first. I got the preview, but then the app closed. Now, when I attempt to open it, it just stays on the logo screen with no functionality. Frustrating.
There are too many problems. The app doesn't work properly--when I try to attach a file from Dropbox, it says "still working" forever. It also doesn't work in the desktop view of Firefox. It works partially in the desktop view of Chrome, but deleted the coverletter from my attachment! These problems have been longstanding. There are too many hassles just to send an encrypted fax.
Although, concept is very good but based on factual testing at my end I give this app ONE STAR RATING BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING NEGATIVES I HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH IN A WEEK: Sent 41 faxes but sorry to say 27 faxes did not go through, that is, failure rate 65℅ which is not acceptable on any account. Also, when fax number is dialed fully, it is very strange that instead of immediate normal fax tone , you hear FIRST, Female voice " PLEASE START YOUR FAX MACHINE NOW " besides given app version is not 1.1.1.
Why should I have to pay when I already pay for a phone service... We never had to pay extra to use the fax machine at work just the old line phone number...
I have a better function office since I've used this app. Everything is easier
You cant access the camera or photo album with the andriod app
Love because I can upload files from my phone and um its only 5 cents per copy and a I love it!!
Terrible tech support never was able to finish installation.

Works as intended on my Galaxy S2. Have been using uReach for years for business. Not 5 *s yet as needs to show fax status on app...
Where is the refax button? How do i know if my fax went through, when I can't see a confirmation and nothing was sent to my email. Can't see faxes you sent from app. All you show is contact fax was supposed to go to and what you charged me..... Willing to pay more for this service from other companies with better thought out apps.
Just got the ufax service today, app works great with it. It's not free to send faxes, but doesn't look like any others are either.

Need to pay for it. I rather not pay for it cause faxes can get expensive exspecially when you have a bunch of papers thats why i need and want a free on that i dont have to sign up and pay for. Even though it says free you still have to pay for it.
Your plans are very reasonable. Have you considered coming up with daily and yearly plans. Some people may not need to fax daily and some may. I like the convenience and privacy of not needing to drive to a business to get papers faxed that another business is not permitting me to send to their email because of file they are requeusting is now too large.
But I wish I could test one fax before I buy. So I won't buy. 5 stars for the idea of this app :)
This looked like a pretty cool and useful app, so I downloaded it. Had no problem with the download, but it froze my phone as soon as I opened it!! Had to "force stop" the app from my settings. Reopened and signed up for ufax #, froze again....!! 😡 Unistalled it, and would like my 5 bucks back!! Sorry Ufax, but this app "usux"!! 😞

It's not working properly
I feel scammed! I paid for a subscription and it won't let me fax even one single document. No matter what I try to do, it keeps giving me an error message that says something like "timed out - took too long - attachment too large?" No the attachment wasn't too large, it gives the error for even a one page document and the error message prompts immediately, nothing took too long! As a last resort, I went to the website but it says "under construction." I need my money back!
