So user friendly! Generates a quick response-usually within a day-to questions. Also provides updates to what's going on with the union (contract negotiations, etc.).
Extremely helpful. I can ask any questions about work or the contract and they always have an answer ready. I love the news updates too.
garbage. when i register, i cant get past step 2 of three and it won't allow for me to do anything to get past the second step.
Absolutely no privacy. If you want to find out about a sensitive issue, it is easy for your company to find out what you are inquiring about. Im sticking to personal phone calls.
To use the app, you're required to agree to terms of service and privacy policy. If you attempt to read either, you run into some type of error
I can't log in because it says requires all fields...which are all filled out. Tried 3 times.
Same issue as the others not being able to register. Emailed who they said but they couldn't do anything.
I love this app. it is like the Google for your contracts and are specific to your contract. I love the fact that there is a human that will answer your question if the ufcw bot does not know the answer. it has helped me win arguments with managment. I love that my union came up with this app
This app is an awesome way to connect with my union. It's an easy way to ask questions. Love it!!!!
Tried to reach the union via text, phone call, e-mail. Several employees. Union is absent, which in turn makes the app unnecessary. Tired of the abuse in the back offices, many of us left. Very unfortunate so many great journeypersons left because of that terrible man. I left too. My new job is union free and the employees are non toxic. Best decision to jump ship in my life. We're all out here and plastering the abuse all over the net and how #21 let us all down. #21, change your ways.

As of my writing this Review the UFCW 21 App appears to be non-functional. No questions can be asked via the app nor information displayed. All that can be seen is a blank white screen. As a Retail employee, I've occasionally had difficulty contacting anyone in the union office; this app has, until recently, been incredibly helpful for finding answers to questions about my contract, or how to get more involved in the union.
