I too cannot use this app due to it causing security issues and shutting down. It won't open because of it.
Thank you for a quick response, I'm changing my 1 star back to a 5 star. Thank you for adding the Samsung 22 Ultra to the approved list, to allow me to do business while on the road.
App is very inconsistent. I open it and get nothing but a white screen
Even with the correct username and password this app locks me out of my account. Call to unlock it and reset password and then the next day I'm locked out. This has happened every log in for a solid year. Awesome credit union but a terrible terrible app.
Please fix the security violation bug!

Seems like atleast every 3-4 days the bank app locks me out. I have my thumb to sign in but still I have to call the bank to have it reset. Other than that I love the app.

Most of the time this app works; however when trying to access my accounts early in the AM I cannot access always.

It's just easy to use, you dont have to jump through hoops to set it up. I love having all the information I need when I need it.

The credit union has been there for me since 1980. I feel they are in my corner and understand my goals. I have never felt like I was a number to them. They have always treated me as a person and with respect. Great organization will caring and professional individuals.
I liked the old app,the more traditional set up for my checking account.
Work goid and any issues are fixed quickly.

App keeps giving me application has violated security policies and will shut down error (1839:E4F1)...Uninstalled it several times...clear cache...clear data...and I still get the same results. This app was working fine a week or 2 ago. Please fix it and I'll bump my rating to a 5 star.
