Extremely pathetic app and absolutely helpless customer service. Took my money twice and never got my package updated. Spoke to customer service for a week but the issue was never resolved. Shared all the transaction details with them. They just kept on giving excuses. Already emailed them but still the problem wasn't solved. They are straight up robbing the customers. The only reason I was on Ufone because of their packages now those to have got competition in the market will be switching soon
This app is full of bugs and really tests your patience. Balance is not updated at all. Interface is not very ideal either. On the front page, it shows supercard information only, where it should show any activated bundle's info, whether it is supercard or any other bundle. Compared to other networks' apps like Zong or Jazz, Ufone's app was a bad experience.
Have used zong, mobilink apps too but this is the worst app i have used till now. Recharge your account but this app is not going to show your new balance. Request them for a package and just keep waiting. One thing i am unable to understand that ufone is the only one to have in its app is that u cant use any internet bunble on your own will. Every internet bundle has usage limitation. You must have to use half of the bundle after midnight and the rest of the half in the rest of the day.
1. Favourites offer menu not available. 2. Favourite Offers cannot be starred or saved. 3. Doesn't display packages without Balance. Best Features : 1. Bundles menu connects to server even at signal strength 85dbm. 2. Discount on applying package using this app.
Worst service ever!! I issued a new no. A few months back, and turned out it belonged to someone else before. They forwarded me someone else's no. And what next? I had been receiving calls from ptcl since then. The person to whom this no. belonged was their customer and using their service without payment...and I was dragged in it for no reason. Use your brain! There are so many accounts attached to a number..how can you forward it like that???
TO BE HONEST! THIS APP NEEDS THREE MAJOR UPDATES: 1: Custom selection for users to chose MBs , minutes, sms which suits (make your own offer). 2: There should be an option to chose which bundle should be used if user has more than one bundle at a time. 3: There should be special bundles for students to register themselves as students and avail them cheap internet offer to help them in making career. 4: The internet MBs is too much costly in Ufone as compared to other data Sims in Pakistan.
Upaisa availability with almost no retailers even in central Islamabad. App refresh rate delayed when switching between numbers, and most importantly since its installation, I rely only on wifi for internet but I get constantly charged randomly for MBs of mobile data!!
Worst experience with this useless app. I'm unable to login I tried several ways but still it says ERROR!!!! It really is testing my patience. Other networks apps are far more better than Ufone app. I'm thinking of changing my sim NOW!!! I wish I could give you people ZERO STARS!!!!!!
Worst telecommunication app. Can't even look for bundles in the app. It always says " server error" or " no internet bundles are available for your package". Extremely 3rd class UI. You guys really need to revamp the ux ui of the app. Take ideas from jazz & my telenor app. P.s: ufone offers high priced and low packages compared to other services. You guys really need to get competitive or else you are going to loss the remaining customers too.
Previously it was working normally not so good but OK for basic needs. However, for last 4 months ufone had ended my month card in just 13 days and I complained. Right from that day ufone signals and this app went in idle. I had gone through the reviews and literally facing them all. App could not start showing I'm logged out, prior it was not showing updated data like after recharge it shows "u have 3 days left", nothing could be done with this app. Online chat doesn't provide help at all.
Worst app it is. It does not allow me to login and every time big an error that it can't be connected to server.
Bad ap please request like jazz telenor zing you should improve your app. This app not show your mbs even balance or other functions without internet package. Please work on it as soon as possible otherwise udone lose their customers samenteneously.
My Ufone app is not working on my cell.its said "Your device is rooted that is why it could not work on ur cell..Kindly tell me what i have to do for smooth way to work on my cell.. My Device is Samsung J7 I shall be very thankful to you for this.
Plz copy zong or telenor themes your app has very bad experience app. Thanks for replying me.plz change your app home style which looks better and attractive. I hope you can work on it before the next update.
One of the worst app I have ever seen. I wanna to register my number . they get my Mobile number then two time password..and my registration become successful then they didn't send me PIN
Cannot login , weird bugs , suddenly got logged out , relogin Forgot password Tried all the nic my whole home have none works nic not present in data , seriously ??? How could I login before then ?
Worst mobile app ever came across. Everytime it takes hell lot of time to load. Every 2nd screen msg is displayed "sorry can't load". This app deserve minus/negative rating. The app developers & management of Ufone should look how the App looks & perfomes as compared to like other apps of different networks & most importantly consider consumers reviews that y all of us r giving 1 star & complaining.
This app does not show me the current remaining resources. When I refresh, it says that the refresh feature is blocked for 1.5 minutes. Showing us our package resources info is not a charity. Shame. Worst app. I am sure that not a single user has liked this app.
Phone app is one of the best app in the market and also you phone supported their customer and help out in the genuine cases yesterday my supercart has been expired requested an email to your phone and I hope they will consider my request and return my research in a very higher side in advance
I want to say that this app is full of bugs and glitches ,I subscribed to a package named as "Ufone Weekly internet max" My apn settings and signal strength is stronger but I am unable to use the internet on it,Another thing is that I also tried to chat with the representative of Ufone app,every time it shows timed out and I'm unable to even discuss my prob with him/ her,plx fix this issue I already loss my 500 money so kindly fix this.
This app is such a shame. Didn't expect this from one of the big TC company. Took almost an hour to register but still saying an "error" Whenever I'm trying to sign in. I'm going to wash out my phone from this "testing patience" App.
Kindly please fix that details option. I don't know which call cost me how much balance. And it doesn't show history of my daily usage. Please fix it. So I'll rate it 5 star. 26 march 2022. Same issue still...
The worst app i used in my life. Too slow, doesn't update balance, package, remaining resources etc. Its the slowest app in the history of android.
Ufone and Upaisa have no weekly bundle beyond 8gb data. Off-peak hours data is of no use for me. Only reason to revert to other networks.
Very Bad experience, i forgot the password of my account and they asked me to enter the phone number and the registered CNIC to get a verification code. but so far i didn't recieve any code... 😠
Whenever you try to use app for packages it shows internet connection problem bcz they want you to pay them some more by manually doing package where they get more charges for example weekly heavy internet package costs you 209 Rs on App but for non App traditional way its 230Rs. Other options like paying bills getting new sim etc works quite well there is no internet or connection problems.
I've used this app recently and it is very annoying. The live chat feature does not work for me. I bought a bundle online. It showed an error but my bank already charged me for it. When I contacted their customer services they said that the bundle Im talking about does not even exist. I'm a very old user of Ufone. So this has been very disappointing for me.
