Like everyone here. I've had the same experience with the app not loading, just reinstalled, fingers crossed. Obvious there is a problem, frustrating no one from ugdsb has said or done anything. Oh well I guess it's not important, just communicating info about my child's education
This used to be a helpful app but hasn't worked in a few months. Like so many other raters, I get push notifications but when I try to open the app it gets stuck on the blue screen. No information from the school is actually available.
Awful. I was made to get the app so I can communicate with my kids school. The app is just a blank teal page. I got a notification saying there was information so I clicked it still just a teal page. There are no 3 lines or dots or anything to click on to see a menu.
This app used to work. It was nice having information in one spot but it has not worked for months. I get notifications which is great but I can't get beyond the blue screen. I hope they fix it soon.
The app stopped working months ago. I have uninstalled then reinstalled it. Restared my phone and nothing! Just a blue screen. I hope it can be repaired before the school year starts.
I had the frozen issue for months. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still did not work. Note posted today on the upper grand site says to clear all the app data. I tried that and it seems to work.
Very slow and glitchy. I get notifications but when I click it doesn't take me to that notification. Right now when I click on the app it just shows an empty blue screen
This used to be a great app for keeping updated. Now it wont even load, but still sends me notifications. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but it still won't work. Uninstalling it until it's fixed.
I have been unable to access anything for a couple of weeks....only a blue screen. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and still just a blank blue screen.
This app used to work. Still get notifications but can't get past the blue screen. And as others have said, not the best timing for this! Get it fixed please!!!
App doesn't work at all. I get push notifications but the message doesn't load. It worked last year, whatever changes they made has rendered this app useless!

Here I thought I was the only with this app not working for me it stopped working since May 2020 It was convenient before got all the school info in one app now its just a blue screen and it seems no one it interested in fixing the issue.

The app has stopped working. When I try to open the app, I get a blank screen. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and it didn't fix the issue. This is not the year for the app to stop working.
Since the update, I get push notifications but zero action in the app - it will not load and stays Locked on the blue screen. No longer useful!
Stopped Working Since February 2020 Just a blue screen when I go into the app Tried uninstalling it & reinstalling same issues. Hopefully they fix it before school starts in September.
Quick & easy to access to easily view my kids school calendar to know what is coming up. I easily added school events to my already existing Google calendar so I can stay in top of important school events and dates! I also like that school cash on-line is built into this app.
I haven't been able to open the UG app for a month! It was great before lot of info. Not sure why it won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times. I need it for my daughter school and also for work with the school board.
This app is very slow, often overloads my phone's CPU but mainly, fails to launch more often than not, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall the app to view my messages.
Stopped working when it updated, only the blue screen stayed open. I uninstalled the reinstalled a few times still only getting the blue screen with UGConnect.
Very hard to use, always a teal screen can never see the posts, it worked great last year when I didn't really need it, now it never works!!

App does not work on android. Not sure if the UGDSB knows this but they are using the app as a sole reference for back to school related messages and not emailing info. So if the app does not work for you I guess you dont get the info.
Still doesn't work! Worst timing for this not to happen. Worked up until 6 months ago , sends notifications but doesn't launch
Will not load. Reinstalled, still does not load. Probably the most inopportune time to have this app not work when communication is what is absolutely needed.
Try to update new content, just stays at blue screen. Have to uninstall then reinstall to use app. Don't install new content until issue fixed. Just hit later.
Often doesnt connect. Insists on updating app each time it is used. Will give notification of new item then not load the item.
Hi, until last month , this app had no trouble, but from May, I can't open it, only the blue screen is showing up. What's happening?
This is becoming a very frustrating app, it used to be great, but now I get all these notifications and then when I try to read them its just the blue screen. I see im not the only parent experiencing this frustration, and this year more than ever we need the info, so I hope this is rectified soon.
