Update I to the 2015 ammendments. And it is not user friendly since I have to scroll all the way down to find what I'm looking for. A search button would do the trick

The only problem in Uganda is the they don't take their words much as the app is 9k

Care should be take to avoid periodical unnecessary amendments aimed at personal gains
