This aap have made significant progress since it's inception, but there is always scope for improvement. I request UGB to include option of creating fixed deposit and recurring deposit, insurances like personal, Vehicles, etc. Thank you.

Pathetic services if they don't know how to serve on mobile banking then why this bank opted for the same.. old interface .. if u have to save any user you have to activate it twice.. separately. I think we are activating one user after activation if you try to transfer the amount it will show no account found .... bank should hire a good IT technical teams then only implement it...

.. New option of ATM transaction max limit is showing upto 15000 but not able to update. (There is always error showing card limit exceed.) Please resolve the issue While uploading user profile photo , there is always error of session expired , login again & I'm not able to upload user profile. please resolve this issue as soon as possible . & Please introduce more options like opening RD , FD AC . Thank you

I don't know what happened to this app. It's not opening....only showing update update and update...yet I've downloaded the latest version after uninstalling it. Plz fix this irritating issue as soon as possible.

Many times the app does not respond. For many months now, it is showing error "Request times out, please try again later", due to which I am not able to login into the app

App is not working. I am not able to login in this app. I have been trying to login past 3-4 days but not working. Its very disappointed. Need to review by bank

App not working now a days, "Request timeout error". I am unable to use app for so many days. I am frustrate now.Why concern team of bank is so relaxed and not fixing this error. This is really shameful for them.

App is not working for about 15 days now, and it seems no one is looking on it to fix this issue, many financial transactions are getting impacted for those who can not visit bank, please take care of the app.

Worst app. For past few months, it is not even loading. I have even sent a mail to the developer. No reply from the developer.

Not able to get the access of the account after the recent update......so inconvenient, how do I manage my expenses now, I stuck at a place where I don't carry passbook due to lockdown. You people should understand such criticality. Had it been for a day or few hours.that would have understood but its more then 3 days it is not working.

Whenever trying to access Account Statement section, irrespective of the 3 options available, whichever you choose, it always show single message "No transactions to display". Also try to include features like Fixed deposits (rates of fixed deposits).

When i tried to update every time ,option shows in play store to open it ,update option not showing.So how can be updated.Its very bad.

This app is taking a hell lot of time. After entering pin it keeps on moving and moving for several minutes and finally a msg displays "request time out" Its pathetic.

It's good with this mob. banking app. to trf money within accounts of ugb but on the times of interbank money trf i have felt difficulties related to long processing time and showing unusual errors (like invalid benef. mob. no./ etc.) 😊

I have added banificiary due to some reason i have deleted it from list.now i want to add it again with updated information. But it's showing error the banificiary already added.pls look in to this matters.

its awesome user interface very friendly everyone easly use it....in just one word if i say its awesome work properly even in low connectivity

Now days UGBm banking app is new problem. In a new device I tried several time but couldn't able to log in. Request time out error. resolve problem as soon as possible

It's not working. Everytime there is a msg: "request time out". जैसे ही log in पर क्लिक करो तुरन्त टाईम ऑउट का मेसेज आ जाता है। 😡😡😡

Everytime it is asking 4 update. When I updated many times. This is worst app. Charges of each transaction is rs 5/- very higher then any other govt banks. Transaction rate is very high and service is very poor...

sir application seems ok now..but in bank statement there is no debited records.only credit records are available. i think dr os also shown as cr. pl correct it asap...

Application not working.. whenever I proceed to log in it asks for updation... However it is already updated and no any option in playstore to update..

Very bad, when try to update there is only option to open in play store and not for update. Kindly resolve this. Why?

Unable to use this app as it asks for update. I hv uoadted it but again it asks for update, though I hv tried with unistallation. Pls get it resoved asap.

It keeps showing request time out on fresh installation. I am running Android 11 (color os).
