This is the worst app ever! Can never log into my account from this app or their website! Most frustrating and annoying thing to not be able to ever get on your account and check your bill or pay online!! And it's never fixed when you email or call their customer service either!!!
this app hardly ever works. it constantly has an error message that says that it can't process my request at this time which is logging in. it's honestly been extremely irritating to not be able to look up any of my account information or make a payment on my phone using the app.
It hasn't been updated in a very long time, doesn't work. Circles around or tells you "timed out session". No other app is as bad as this one. Please fix this..
Terrible app- can't even log in to view my account or pay a bill. Keeps having errors logging in. Same with the website. I have no way of viewing my account and making changes.
App never works. I got a email over the weekend about them doing a update to the app. Why? The app still doesn't work its junk!
i called ugi was connected with tech support she didnt even know what the app looks like. hmmmm tech not knowing their app? isnt that her job? duhh UGI your app needs fixed having to sign in multible times to get to bill pay when or if app is working is insane.. oh yeah then theres the nice feature of charging u $$ to use your debit card connected to you bank account? really always always raking the working class over the coals.. app rating is same as ugis ZERO..
Trying to pay bill is almost impossible, always having to reset password! Make it easier to pay bills!
your app is trash i can never see my account and your password reset link sucks iv tried numerous times to reset my password and the link expires before i can change anything its phone breaking frustration with this.
Useful when it works but payments are "unsuccessful" more times then not, causing you to call customer service to pay.
Great application tool for access to your account details, billing, payments, etc A+

Ok to view bills and pay bill
Their website refresh is all but unusable and this app is even worse. Good to see their profits being wasted on this "better tech". I was excited to hear they were updating everything, but majorly disappointed that it doesn't work most the time lol
Really user unfriendly, why am I still getting a tutorial every time I log in? Bill pay is convoluted, way too many "clicks" and why do I need to enter my password a second time to see my methods of payment? No other bull pay app requires that! I'm disappointed that this is what they've got for "new & improved."
Fix your terrible app. It sucks. Can't pay my bill because I can't select a payment method. Can't change my password. Guess you're going to have to really for your money.
Horrible app. It requires your account number to pay Bill. But you cannot copy and paste it from the app!
This app and website are full of bugs
Way too many permissions required by app just to pay a friggin bill. UGI - why do you need access to my contacts, pictures, blood type, DNA, etc? All I want to do is PAY my bill. Sorry to say but your website is useless, works when it feels like. Please make an app for us folks that just WANT to ONLY pay our Bills, stop trying to be the next facebook.
Useless app. Doesn't allow you to pay your account properly. Almost had a late fee because it said it took my payment, then on the day the bill waa due said my payment didn't go through. Don't bother with this app for paying your bills.
