UH Now

Second time I've tried using this and the second failure. This time I was able to create an account however it changed my name from Jeremy to Jenny and won't let me change it. Done with this app.

I sign in and then not even five seconds later it says error has occurred can't do anyting

Awful and useless. App is slow and crashes constantly. You can't even make an appointment. You're forced to read the terms and then it erases your signup info you just typed. Just put the information and limited features online like every other hospital in the country does.

I can't book an online appointment. I go through the process, then get a message saying sorry we can't book your appointment. I can't make appointments through Follow My Health anymore. I can't make them here either. What's the point?

When I get a text from University Hospital in Cleveland regarding new information, they tell me to log on with my User Name and Password. I do this and my records come up. However when I just want to go into my chart I press the UH Now app, put in my User Name and Password and it comes up INVALID or No record of User name. What gives. Please get on touch with me regarding this.

Can't think of a worse app for login failures. Uninstalled. Not worth the aggravation.

It's not a good app for myself. It doesn't come with good specific and easily readable instructions for myself to understand how to use it.

The app will not allow you to schedule with a Doctor you have seen within 6 months. Also, the App will direct you to a website and leave the App. Why do you need an App if everything is directed to a website?

Found my doctor on first search then after that it kept telling me there was no provider by such name. Useless. Uninstalled.

Imposable to navagate it tries to add more apps. I don't know if this is a UH app????

This App will be really beneficial to me and my health needs!

Another UH app but for patients you have to use the FMH app which may or may not work.

Still cannot get past the initial terms and conditions screen. It won't scroll to the section from approval.

Great app! I love the ability to access my records with UH, schedule appointments, and find local urgent care facilities close to my location!

Can't get past the initial acceptance page

I installed UHNow on my Motorola Moto play G. The program immediately locked up and wouldn't scroll on the terms acceptance page so I didn't get any farther. I am constantly having problems with UH apps. This one is getting UNINSTALLED! 😞

Great app, symptom checker is very useful!

As near as I can tell, this app ensures that you read the terms and conditions. There is no link or button to tap to acknowlege having done so however so I've no idea what else I should be able to do with this app. I tried rebooting my phone as well as uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't alter the experiance one bit. Uninstalling and reverting to calling them directly or logging in from my desktop.
