It never leaves me logged in and frequently has trouble conn over Wi-Fi or my data plan. It has failed to register when I turn in the car multiple times, requiring me to call and /or request a refund later. I love the idea of car sharing, but this app makes me not want to do it.
I needed to get to an Amtrak station quickly. I saw a uhaulcarshare parked across the street, said it was 5$ plus mileage, took an hour to set up my account and rent the car (there were so many problems that I had to call customer service, app and site are unclear on full instructions and are garbage) and when I finally managed to rent the car, I found out I had to return the car back to the SAME SPOT I PICKED IT UP AT! I wasted that hour, should have just used uber and made my train on time!
I ALWAYS have to call when I am picking up a car because your GPS can not find me, even though my location is on and Google maps always knows my location. ALWAYS waste 20 chargeable minutes whenever I rent from you! Do NOT like your app!!!
This app has never once fully worked. I always have to call customer service at least once to do something manually because it had an error message when I tried to do it in the app.
i live in a suburb of New York City and there is not one vehicle located near me. absolutely ridiculous! Stick with Zipcar or go to a physical location. this app and their service is a joke.

If I could rate it a negative 10 I would as I was passed through 11 people - yes 11. It's unreal. I can't believe that no one can explain the online app, sent me to locations where they are closed. I am beyond words of how disappointed I am with Uhaul. You are making me source another company as I have lost faith on your online process and customer service. If anyone cares such as your CEO, then they need read this. Respectfully Director of Business Development -Transportation and Logistics.
Horrible, this app is garbage
Constantly fails to complete rental start/end steps. Even if it worked as intended it would still be the worst carshare service out there. I have to photograph myself, my license (front and back), the odometer/fuel, and any damage on the car just to START my rental? car2go is doing this much, much better. I hope there will be more competition in my city soon.
