There is not any option to know about last meter reading & current meter reading. If it will improved then it's a super apps. & We will check the current consumption of electricity.
The app awesome. But there is an bug in payment history page. It shows current date as bill date for all payments we did. Please look into the matter.
I am on 4g network and when I try to view bill it shows internet connection speed is too slow what is this and for you kind information my netflix and youtube app is working fine without buffering even for a second
Does not even allow to register. Let alone do payments. Always getting a message "internet too slow". Apparently 100mbps is too slow for this app. uninstalling it for good
Please update this app for previous and latest Meter Reading in each Bill, in View Bill option. This App is good and easy to use also.You can make it more helpful by updating previous meter reading and currently Meter Reading options in this Application
App is nice. It should have Bill Reciopt, in history apart from previous and current meter readings.
Unable to sign-in into the app. I am using wifi even then it shows "Internet connection speed is too slow" whenever i try to sign-in.

It is an awesome app. It allows you to check your bill and you can see your previous bills also.

I wish I can save my office and home account number within this app. So that I can select account and pay accordingly..
1- Consumer name is not present in bill details. 2- Bill download facility isn't available (PDF format). 3- Consumption data for last 2 years should be available (Excel format).
app does not work properly. It is not able to show current bill. It does not show complaint status after making a complaint.
Total waste. Not even able to register. Always show internet connection is too slow even on high speed connection
Lots of bugs. Poor functionality. New bills doesn't arrive on time .
it was awesome till now but this time i have bill in my hand and when i go online to pay through any online payments app its showing as no dues, to all my family electricity bills.
3 months ago the app was very perfect but since 3 months this app is not downloading the duplicate electricity bill copy.Please solve the issue...
This is the worst app. It looks no one maintains it . It has been made only to be made but no one hears your complain and as such no one is there to rectify these complaints

There is a problem in this app that it doesn't have the features of the address change of the electricity consumers by which most of the electricity complaint solved easily and mobile number change and email address is not visible on the receipt Bill of electricity that was given to our house please update this app and enable these features and please the receipt of electricity bill is not generated and not given to our home please 🥺🥺 help me and others and update mobile number/Email in Bill🥺
Works nicely but no idea about security issues. Hopefully they are being taken care of...
Should show old reading and new reading on "bill details" tab. So that we don't have to download the bill from website and look for same. And also add partial payment option.
