It asks you to link your healthsafe ID but once you go through the setup it doesn't recognize the login info you just setup! I can't say how great the app is because I can't get in! Update: I have gotten into the app now; however, every time I want to go into the app for any information I have to log in and it doesn't like my password that I know is correct. So essentially everytime I use the app, I have to reset my password. Total waste of time.
This is the most frustrating app I've ever come across. It is impossible to make it work, it will constantly prompt me to install an update even though there are no more updates available and won't let you continue. I've re-installed the app several times and even contacted the support line - still same issue.
Downloaded after recommended by nurse. Was very excited to see what all it offered, especially because she mentioned it had something about healthy eatting. Anyway, it would not allow me do ANY THING without enabling screen lock on my phone. I have no need for a screen lock, as all of my secure apps are individually pin locked within my phone. Uninstalled. Hope they change this before I'm due!
Login horribly broken. Edit: Developer response from tech support was wholly inadequate. I told them what was wrong and they never got back to me. App still sucks. Edit: developer sent me Amazon gift card but the app is still as broken as ever. I was able to log in (clunky) but now I can't even do that.
Poorly designed, you have to sign in every time and the captcha rarely works, the app freezes constantly & won't let you go back a page, the text cuts off, and it's hard to navigate. A mobile app that is in no way designed for mobile.
This app is incredibly frustrating. I've not been able to sign in, despite already having a username and password. It keeps stopping the sign in process at a screen that explains why they use healthsafe ids, but will not go any further than that. So far, I have not even gotten to use the app because it won't let me sign in.
I was so excited that was being offered by my insurance and happy to use this app. Unfortunately, the makers should've had morehelp designing the app before launching it. Text is cutoff and unreadable often and the very first survey you're asked to complete you can't even scroll down to hit the 'next' button. Very poor app but well intentioned. Please fix all the issues so many have pointed out before you advertise it on the HR page.
I was enjoying using this app, but about a month ago I tried to log in and it said I no longer had access. I tried logging in a few more times and kept getting the same result. I even tried making a new ID in case that was the problem, but it wouldn't let me do that. When I called, I was told this was an "ongoing issue with no resolution date" and that my best bet was to try logging in every day and hope it works. Um... It's already been a month, I'm not going to log in every day and hope
Have galaxy note 9. Did not have problem with viewing articles. Great resource, similar to pregnancy apps, but I feel confident knowing my insurance backs everything I'm reading. I like alarm for prenatal vitamins, questions to ask provider list, and easy to read timeline of expectations in checklist format!
It's a very useful app especially with the nurse support complementary for pregnant women! Maybe the people who are having difficulty logging in could call the unitedhealthcare people and they will set it up for them? I talked to united healthcare and they enrolled me in the healthy pregnancy program and setup an appointment with a RN nurse who recommended me to download this app. I'm glad I went ahead and gave it a try even after seeing low rating.
Downloaded this app because I thought it would help provide extra maternity info with my health insurance plan, I was able to sign up and login with my HealthID then immediately got brought to a message that said I dont have access. Even tried downloading the app hoping that would come with permissions off of UHC's desktop site and when I put in my phone number I get "this app is blocked from sending SMS messages." Like ???? Don't bother trying this app, not even to "see if it works for you"
Just downloaded on a recommendation from insurance and it won't let me log in. I changed my password and everything because it wouldn't accept my previous login information but it still won't let me log in. A very frustrating app as others have described.
Analyst the worst app ever! It never works, I've never been able to login and I just reinstalled and it told me to update the app but then took me to a blank screen. Horrible!
Good source of info, but very short weekly videos. The app has log in failed 80% of the time, very frustrating! Im afraid I wont be able to access my notes if I ever go into labor.
It's not working. It asks me to verify my information but after that it freezes. It does not pass the page where it explains the one username and one password. Therefore, I'm unable to explore the application.
This app wouldn't let me log in at all, couldn't connect so I called try restting my password, and wouldn't even let me create a new account. I can't seem to get any help or answer on how to fix the problem. It's very annoying.
Had trouble signing up, but customer service was nice enough. Wouldn't launch half the time. After an update, said my account didn't exist and to contact customer service again. Sorry, just a little too troublesome.
I don't like that you HAVE to have a screen lock in order to use this app. If the app needs to be that secure for whatever reason then force a password for that app only, not my entire phone. Probably would like the app if it weren't for this. Uninstalling app.
Can't even login. Using the exact credentials I use from the site, won't let me login. I try to create an account by scanning my card, it says I already have an account. Try to login, nope. Trash, don't bother.
needs work. Text is cutoff, hard to find nurse number, weekly videos take a lot of space. also, promised non-existent functionality. -Samsung S7
Unable to finish the welcome questionnaire. Cannot move beyond the number of pregnancies question because the numbers list extends to Back and Next buttons. Please help!
I wish I could give it zero stars. First, I have a UHC nurse calling me, encouraging me to download this app. But then once I do, I can't even register because my member info cannot be found! What a waste of time and effort. Uninstalled. Baby Center works great!
It's telling me it requires screen lock enabled to operate. Mine IS enabled, but it still refuse to work. Ovia and BabyCenter apps are better!
I probably should have read the reviews before downloading this app 😅 I get the same " I don't have access" message and when I called support they didn't even know what I was talking about... Yikes!
I tried to create an account and it tells me there is no account with my info so it wont let me create one under the sign up option. Very frustraiting. 0 stars if it was possible
Trying to sign into this app was like having a root canal. Never had so much trouble creating a username and password. Not trying again.
Took me forever to get the sign up screen to accept my birthday, not it is telling me I am not a member. Complete garbage of an app. I can't even sign up....

Kept saying my username and password were incorrect. I couldn't even get to the part where it told me I didn't qualify, after they recommended it lol
Logs out as soon as it logs in and gives and error message saying I don't have access after I've been using the app for 2 months and it sent a push notification for me to check my messages on it. It's never worked properly. The 24/7 nurse line is a nice feature, but since the app never seems to actually work I still have to just call the # from the back of my insurance card when I need them. The handful of times I've been able to successfully use the app it's been a nice concept.
