Sometimes it does not pick up my steps ... Often it fails to sync with server ... It always says next walk = now, instead of telling you when you are due for your next frequency walk (it used to work that way but it quit working several months ago) ... It often does not sync on the background; I'll do a walk and a half hour later I'll check it and I have to manually sync.

Now this app simply doesn't account all my activities. The "service is too busy" in the evening to sync data, and with the morning sync, it registers only part of my previous day progress. So frustrating.Every day you try to live a healthier life and every night this app stresses you out so much it neglects all your efforts. Up to 15 minutes in total, 3 to 5 tries to sync just 3 numbers. And no, my gadget is perfect because the original garmin app syncs in a blink of an eye every time I open it.

I can't tell you how much I love this app in principal. I put up with its little quirks (Motion servers soooooo very busy, can only talk to Garmin products that aren't even made anymore, time zone change at your own risk) but today I wake up to find it fundamentally broken beyond all broken brokenness. It won't synch any activity whatsoever. I've emailed them and uninstalled and reinstalled but so far, its beginning to look like comcast level support. Ugh!!!!!

The program takes a long time to sync with my vivo watch. Most of the time I have to press the sync on my phone several times for the program to communicate with the watch and my data to be added. Needs work. I would say that it works like a 1980's car. Slow, Old and clunky in performance.

I am super frustrated with this app. I don't generally have tons of issues with it. Most of my problems have been resolved with updates except for the last one. I am now completely locked out of the app and cannot sync my Fitbit to the actual app. It just keeps telling me over and over now for the past 12 hours that it cannot sync to my Fitbit. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong..... I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Fitbit and the UHC app. But it's still not allow me to sync the two.

This does not sync with my watch so the information is incorrect and I always have to sync it manually. This app is only good if you use there devices which are way too expensive. I am contemplating uninstalling it. I really don't like this app at all. You need to add more devices to sync with.

Really REALLY buggy. Doesn't read all my steps (I'm using my phone, the Google Fit app, as my pedometer), sends me false notifications at random times (e.g. "you've completed all your fitness goals for today" when I haven't), only sometimes registers manual entries when I put them in Google Fit, and just does weird things (today it said I got my tenacity goal for cycling. I have NO clue where it got that idea. I even checked Google Fit to see if it had registered cycling, but no).

The latest update broke the time for next walk clock in the top right of the screen. It says 'Now' all the time. Now it says no new activity and hasn't updated for 8 hour. Samsung Galaxy A50 Verizon Review Update 5/10/22. Now the app opens but does nothing else. Either says motion services is busy or no new activity. It hasn't worked or tracked my activity correctly the whole month of April. Update 5/20/22. The next walk clock is FIXED. Thank you

Updating my review to a lower score. It happened AGAIN for the fourth time that the Connect app recorded my activity properly but Motion did not. when I synced Motion had an error message saying it got my info but was busy so would update my dashboard later. It never did so once again i see the impossible situation where i completed intensity goal but have zero steps and no frequency recorded

This app is fairly straightforward to use, but it's not very accurate. The daily stats rarely ever match what my activity tracker has measured, which has caused me to lose my daily goal(s) on more than one occasion.

Irratic syncing and not compatible with most Garmin devices. I don't understand why there is not an option to sync with some of the main apps like virtually every other app is capable of. I would then participate even if it didn't give me the credit for the 6 times per day. I gave up on it but check back now and again to see if there is any improvement.

I think it's a little ridiculous that I work out for upwards of 3 hours a day, and I can never seem to get the "Intensity". And yes, there are many points of time of 30 minutes of consecutive movement in a row or more, but because it's not running every single day, it doesn't register.

As long as I can keep the Fitbit & Motion syncing I can say it is great. If I have troubles, I'm in need of help. I'm sure more tech savvy people have no troubles

Doesn't support Samsung fitness so for my galaxy watch is a pain to use, I have to sync to Google fit with a 3rd party app. Then this program often syncs incorrectly from Google fit. The 3rd party app to sync to Google fit works much better than this program as the step data is accurate there but wrong in uhc motion.

I constantly have to check the app to make sure I get credit for steps. At least once a week the app and the tracker will not sync and I lose steps and credit. It is frustrating. I am using a Vivo 4.

This app is very disappointing. It does eventually update, but frequently too busy to sync. Very disappointed in the available trackers that can be linked. I was told by a friend that you need to physically open the app several times a day to be sure activity is captured. I have not tested this by not opening the app yet. I currently have to use Google Fit as my tracker until the Fitbit arrives that will sync to the program. Lots of room for improvement.

The app doesn't fully sync with google fit and it is consistently off in terms of # of steps and whether I completed a full 30-minute workout for the day. This is a really frustrating experience and isn't really worth following due to the frustrations in what shows up in the sync. Also the ability to only run a forced sync once per week is ridiculous.

It's really flakey. It wont't capture any data the last month (Galaxy S8+) and even more frusterating my Samsung watch will show maybe 16,000-18,000 steps and the app shows like 9,400. It's been a waste of time and huge headache for the employer to implement, changing HSA accounts etc.etc.etc. I am pretty much done with it as it appears they have focused on Apple products. I hate Apple, iOS and the whole Apple ecosystem. No way I am changing for this, even for $1,000 rebate from UHC.

I am experiencing the same issues as many others are. I have a Garmin watch that syncs flawlessly with the Garmin Connect app on my Android. I then have Health Sync transfer the data to Google Fit (which is slightly off but generally agrees within 100 steps or so). The problem is that the UHC Motion app tries to sync with Google Fit but never really gets the full data payload ( it is low by several thousand steps usually). In addition, the Motion app will not correctly interpret the frequency.
