UHC StudentResources
This application is usable only if you are enrolled in Student Resources health plans. If you are enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare plan through your employer, Health4me is the mobile application for you.
StudentResources App provides easy access to:
- Create My Account – Create your online account directly from your smartphone. You’ll need your email address, school ID, or your StudentResources SR ID# found on your insurance ID Card.
- ID Cards – View your ID Card on your device, fax or email your ID Card directly to your provider, or even save a local copy to your device for quick access later. Covered dependents are also included.
- Provider Search – Search for In-Network participating Healthcare or Mental Health providers. Get driving directions via your device GPS functions; Call the office or facility, view a map.
- Find My Claims – View claims received within the past 60 days for both the primary insured and covered dependents; includes Provider, date of service, status, claim amount, and amount paid.
- Nurseline – Call for experienced 24/7 care advice (if applicable for your policy)
- Customer Service – Easily email Customer Service from the home screen

App won't log in. I enter my log in credentials and I just get a blue circle spinning endlessly.
Updated review Dec 2018: Convenient app - especially having an e-copy of the insurance card and ability to check EOBs - although missing some key components: can not check benefits/benefit balance, nor access a copy of the policy brochure to check coverage details. The app is also a bit slower than I'd expect. Terrific response from technical support: a representative reached out to address difficulties I had with previous updates and worked with me to resolve the issues.
Doesn't work. Used to work but can no longer log in for months.
One of the most poorly made apps I've ever seen. The drop down menu for selecting a provider specialty goes outside the screen, so I can't even see what to select!
Doesn't work on my Pixel 4a 5G. After I sign in it just spins and spins and spins.
App doesn't allow you to login even for once. Pretty worse.
They have misleading and false information on their summary brochure!!! You can try to check the certificate (if you can understand it/find what you need, since it's written in the most confusing way so that you have no idea how much you will spend) or call them to ask how much you are going to spend (but also in that case they don't tell you because they say it depends on how the doctor office bills your visit). Worst experience ever, I wish my school stayed with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
The app works fine for me. I'm able to quickly access eobs. Also, there are a few super convenient quick links to update critical things. Pixel 3a android v9
App has never worked for me, not even once. Uninstalled and installed it several times already, and each time all I ever get is a blank, white screen. I am abusing the one star simply because you can't submit the review with no star rating.
There are some bugs in application like, Drop down menu, ID card view button and for every information it redirects to website then what is use of application ,try to have pdf view or make changes with proper developers and test in different devices.
Horrible experience, hopefully not intentionally. Can't access my dental benefits, dental card or version benefits. Can't search for in network dentists.

I would give zero stars if possible because I am totally unable to login. I have created an account, and I have tried uninstalling the app and restarting my phone. 100% unusable on my Galaxy 10
