This is just a mobile site. Every button just takes you to a link on the mobile site. Profoundly disappointing and just as useless and difficult to use as the UI Health website.

The app is confusing and doesn't always work. I can't always view my information.
In trying to pay a bill birthdate is required. You cannot just enter the date. You have to hit the back arrow on the calendar until you get to your year. This would take forever. I hope that could be fixed soon.
