Doesn't work on my Samsung devices. Since February 1st, 2022 something changed. When I logout, the screen turns black, and the app is not available. I am forced to use Google to access Greenstate, or restart my mobile device. I notified Greenstate, twice. They don't care. I just gave up. Before 2/1/22, the app worked on all four of my mobile devices. Dave Oaks

The app is a little cumbersome. It is hard to find what you want to do, like make transfers, sign up for paperless statements, etc.

Good thing about this , when it functional, bills get paid on time. each time this app updates, I had a bill that was sent to the wrong account twice.the updates changed my payee account info. I had to find out the hard way that my money was never paid to the correct account...the money came out of my checking account for sure. I got late fees, shut off notices from that payee My wife dislikes this app. I convinced her that it was good a few years ago. we have had other issues with bill payer

Good app but now since last update I have to keep force stopping it and reopening it just be be able to log in.....otherwise black screen and can't do anything....when will this be fixed????

Do not use this App, go to a branch instead. This app (as well as online) doesn't display transactions on credit accounts whatsoever. I prefer to double check my charges to be sure something wasn't charged twice or find anything unusual. Nearly everything except basic transfers and payments are met with an 800 number to call where you are met by an automated answering service following a hold for 10-20 minutes. Be prepared for the impending "Please visit a branch to preform 'this service'."

Mobile check deposit is broken for me as well. Image is rotated and stretched strangely which makes it impossible to get a picture which the app will accept. Previously worked on this phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no dice. I also don't live nearby anymore and this is a major con as I have to pay a fee to cash checks elsewhere now.

This application always worked then, greenstate does an upgrade and the app never pulls up. Just shows a black screen. I Uninstall it, and re-install and it works one time & all other times, shows a black screen. It never did this before

Slow and lacking features of many other banking apps I use. Make a CC payment or transfers between account seems to take hours if not the next day to show in the app. I think some of this is the slow way GSCU posts and processes transactions, be it mortgage payments, CC payments or just transfers. App and GSCU seem to be behind the curve when it comes to modern technology.

For the last month or so I've had a hard time getting onto the website it buffers I set one time it took 10 minutes and never got me connected I missed opportunities that I needed to get a hold of the bank and it gets pretty frustrating on the weekend when that's your only option when you can get on it it works fine it's the problem with getting on the website

Fix Mobile Deposit or Remove It. It simply does not work on my Pixel 4. After snapping a picture of the back of the check, the program crashes and I have to log in/reauthenticate. Repeat this cycle a few times until your blue in the face. Thus then required to drive to the CU to deposit the check that I previously endorsed to "For Mobile Deposit at Greenstate CU." Even after uninstalling and reinstalling this app and verifying it has the correct read/write permissions. It needs fixed.

Great app from a fantastic Credit Union. I moved out of the area over four years ago and continue to use Green State CU (formerly UICCU) for the majoroty of my needs. Their app has more functionality than other banks. Some of my favorite features include the mobile deposit and ease of transferring funds between both internal and external accounts.

Since the last update, the mobile check deposit is awful. Pictures are clear when taken then blurry when you try to deposit. If I uninstall & reinstall the app, it is clear the first time but then it shows some other problem. This is horrible for those of us who don't live close by & I am definitely not a technical idiot as others have stated.

Horrid app! Never lets me log in. And their website won't either! Says it cannot be found. I know my login info is correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. What is the point of online banking if you can never use it? I dislike this bank anyways, for many MANY reasons, but am stuck with an open account until I pay off my loans.

App is Broken!!! Recently when I go to log in I get this unknown error thing and it wont log in. it now happens every time I try to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times now. I end up having to go to website. what good is a mobile app if it doesnt work! Looks like you have a lot of unhappy users here. maybe you should look into fixing things and not ignore your customers!

get ready for a whole bunch of having to verify who you are through automated phone calls. they dont use text to send the security code, they call instead. says, press 1 if this is for you. i hit 1, nothing happens. repeats, hit 1 again. nothing registers. i cant get into my account because the system they use, can't tell if im hitting the 1 button or not

I like the ability to deposit checks via mobile deposit. But make sure they go in to your acct, we did get an email notification on one that couldn't be read. So still convenient.

So far so good. Easy to navigate. Only drawback is, the "back" button on my phone doesn't work in the app. However the "back" button in the app works so that's good, just that slight inconvenience.

This is a horrible app. Can't even get logged in. Even after I called the bank and they totally reset my so-called mobile banking app. That I cannot access. I've had to reload this app at least 10 times now and still doesn't work still can't get logged in it just sits there and says loading. I dislike this bank or credit union whatever the heck you want to call it I'll be getting out of it soon

It just works. I manage my checking and credit accounts. Savings too once the savings rate is higher then the checking account rewards. I can scan checks and manage bill pay. Very solid product.

Very intuitive. The bill pay section could be improved to adapt to smartphone use but still can navigate in it's current format. Definitely a time saver.

This app is great. The people who cant login or have issues seem to be technologically illiterate. It can do all the things they are whining about: transfer across accounts (even externally to other banks), show credit transactions, mobile deposit checks (I moved out of the area and relied on this in order to deposit our paychecks!), even chat with a representative if having issues. Seems like the people giving 1 star and complaining should figure out how to use their phones correctly.
