UK Radio Stations Online

I'd take slight issue with the last review and say that though it does work quickly and (on the whole) reliably, it needs more tools. A back button and an index of some sort are needed if it is not going to drive you mad. Change to another station, even accidentally, and to return to a previous station especially if it's way down the vast list, you have to begin again. There does not appear to be a particular order the stations are listed in, which very much limits the app's practical use.

Great app. Amazed by how quickly it loads/switches between stations, just like pressing a button on a standard radio. I'm finding I'm tapping the ads by mistake sometimes, I'd happily pay a reasonable price for an ad-free version. Also the stations don't seem to appear in strict alphabetical order. But these are minor niggles and certainly not enough to downgrade the rating for an excellent app.

Like that the app it is easy to use and not cluttered. Cannot sort stations by region as viewing icons there is no clear way to see what region the stations are for, so making it difficult to find local stations. Also it is frustrating that there is no way to add stations to favourites without switching to listening to that station. I would rather just be able to buy this app than having to be bombarded by full screen apps getting in the way

I'm quite surprised to have found this app, and impressed with its quality. It's speed of connecting to the stations is of a very good quality, fast. And the broadcasting is stable. And finally, I like the massive number of stations banners and their logos put together on the same page as it makes for a nice mosaic! Thanks a lot for this application and congrats for its quality.

Hello all, this app has every English radio station. its so simple a 3 year old could use it. The most popular stations are 'iconed' at top. Followed by hundred or so others. A handy timer. You can set. Makes sure sounds close. So if like me you nod off while listening to the radio. No over the top technical jargon. Easy peasy. sound quality is AAA*. Uses little data. Quickly loads. Well done developers. i will pay for this as soon as its available.

WOW WOW Absolutely ridiculous amount of radio stations, and I love it. To be spoiled with so much music is great, and I have yet to have it lose signals from any of them. From oldies to classical, jazz, reggae and modern AND loads and I mean loads of genres. WELL DONE TO THE DEVELOPERS OF THIS APP.

This app worked superbly when I first downloaded it, however due to having to reset my phone to factory reset it wiped all installed apps, when I re-downloaded it I got the "UPDATED" version (what a load of rubbish) every time I change stations it says as loading and then proceeds to say app not working (close app) and then you have to enter the app again. What is the point of updating apps when they don't need it, hence you've ruined a great app. Point to note DON'T FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKEN.

I was just looking for an easy to use online radio app and found this little beauty. features loads of UK radio stations. A big plus with us app is that it actually has an off button, a rare thing in music apps.

It's good but automatic reconnection when you lose and then regain signal is suspect. There are a few weak signal spots, and tunnels, on my commute to work and I always have to manually reconnect.

I switched to UK Radio Stations Online when the BBC removed access from the app I had been using. So far I've found it to be faster and more responsive than the previous app and that's on an old Samsung Galaxy tab2 running Android 4.2.2.

This is the best app for radios with a proper X to switch off! Great receptions. Only one wish, can you show my Favourite station first when I open the app please? Yes the advert is full screen but only shown at the beginning!

i downloaded the app. i saved my favourite stations. I could play clips of the stations but everytime I pressed my favourite list, it take me completely out of the app. this happens everytime I go into it. uninstalling now

I'm sure the app is great but too bad there aren't any local radio stations, that would be so cool and awesome. cuz our fm radio at work broke and we can only play music online from our mobile phones. And we miss our local radiostation.

Wide range, sound quality good. Would like top and bottom of radio range. Like sort facility, e.g. alphabetical order. Links from stations to rating site. Like cast to speakers button. Thanks

It's a really good app, I was so pleased to have found it with loads of different English radio stations. Just lately though it keeps stopping. Please fix it.!!

Difficult to scroll through stations because of persistent pop-up ads. Once a station is playing, no search facility to find it again if it wasn't saved.

I am quite impressed. Only prob is, if you have another radio on it is delayed, but ist is good and you don't need headphones on if you don't want, great, yea! and there are so many stations to chooose from and I mean loads. Hope you enjoy

Amazing radio app. So quick to switch between stations. Appears to be stable with no buffering or cut out. In my opinion if you want a radio DOWNLOAD! 😁😁

Not bad so far found some good stations that play my type of music like the fact you can turn the screen of to save battery power and music still plays will update my comment after I have used it for a month.👍

Great app more than enough stations than you would ever need love the fact you don't have to have your headphones plugged in as an Ariel would be good if you could access without internet connection as you don't need internet for radio stations. I'd like to know roughly how much data is used.....

Very easy to use channel guide, lots of channels but a favourites tab lets you save the ones you want. No buffering. Highly recommended.

Great app, simple clean interface, can you add OnTopFm london and SLR radio london please, thanks. Would be good if there was a way of requesting radio stations and getting them up and running faster.

Super radio app. So easy to use. No signing in or passwords to get in the way. Simply select, press, play. Vary pleased with this!

If you lose your connection it does not restart without having to reboot the app, most streamers are able to keep retrying and restore once connection comes back (ie when on train etc...)
