The other app was better. This one is basically the same but it now lacks some features of the previous app. The loan accounts don't show you the total amount owed, only the current amount due. And it doesn't show grand totals of cash & savings vs. debt. Also, the app is just ugly. Sorry. The format is just ugly grey boxes.The drop down menu is super long, like it's boasting so many features, but really it just feels cluttered and not intuitive. The other mobile app was much better.

You're going to automatically ask me to rate an app even though you're a credit union and not an app studio? Sure! This has one of the worst login experiences on the planet among banking apps. It glitches out to where you cannot log in unless you delete the app's cache and/or the app's stored data, even if you tell it NOT to remember your login credentials. It used to be great at letting you log in using your password or fingerprint, though. Does UKFCU even care anymore?

Once I got use to the layout of the new UKFCU banking app it was easy to like! I now have access to all my accounts in one convenient spot! I can easily make transfers whenever I want, check my balance, pending deposits, and more! I love the additional features the app has to offer. Including a breakdown of where Im spending my money! Helping me to get a better understanding of my finances and how I can do better! Im proud to be a member of the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union!💙

The new app is good. I didn't see anything wrong regarding the old app. The app was recently updated requiring users to re enrol onlune, which was troublesome. Once I was able to re enrol with ukfcu, everything went smoothly. The initial change from the old app was not smooth at all. After the kinks were worked through I have no issues accessing and utilizing my account online.

Overall, the app is good but it does need a few more tweaks to be great. Can handle basic banking and account management services without any issues. The only thing that kept me from giving this app 5 stars is it's limited functionality. Still have to rely on the browser olb but nowhere near like I used to. If the developers add a little extra functionality to the app, I would happily change my rating to 5 star for sure.

When attempting to deposit a check, I keep getting a notice that the back image is missing. I've tried different lighting, taking a closer picture, taking a more distant picture and nothing seems to work. For the hassle that it was just to get the app to start working I was very disappointed and frustrated.

This app was a mistake. Hire someone else. It's ugly, confusing, and not intuitive. I am someone who just wants to check her balance quickly and loved that aspect of the previous app. It's so messy too. Please streamline this atrocious thing and bring back quick balance. 2 stars for its mere existance and that it does do what it says it will do but it needs a lot of work. However, I AM constantly getting error messages that something is down in the app, so maybe I will change that.

The APP is a perfect example of a error. It's terrible to say the least. Keep in mind everything associated with it is the same disaster. I'm assuming UKFCU is changing operating systems and it's been an epic fail. My three monthly mortgage payments are on day three of being lost, when it once was a one day transfer by ACH to my mortgages' carrier. If you call you will be transfered to answering service because they can't handle the inbound call volume with issues.

Messy interface. The old app was cleaner/more streamline. It's also slower and has pop ups. I am a young person, but I would imagine for an older person who struggles with eyesight or who isn't very tech savvy that would be far too distracting and messy for them to handle.

New update is terrible. All it is is the website. The old app was so simple and easy to use. Which is the point of a banking app, simplicity so that you can do things quickly... It needs to be a simplified version of the website not just a duplicate, otherwise what's the point of having an app at all.

Used to work decent. Now it just says "Loading is taking longer than expected" or "your connection may be slow but we will keep trying" but the issue is on the app end. You're better off not using the app and going to their website in your phone browser.

My available balance and total amount due are no longer displayed for each account. I have to search a bit.. I don't see any changes that actually benefit me. Even the sign in process seems glitched. I liked it better before.

This new app layout is very confusing compared to the old layout, and the old layout allowed you a search bar for companies or charges to your account whereas this one does not. The switch from old to new was horrible all for what? For a worse version of online banking. Really wishing we had the old app back, this one isn't even worth downloading.

Not intuitive at all. Contacted credit union about unannounced changes to bill pay service (they now use a pay by date so money comes out before the payment date instead of on payment date) and was told that the changes were to make the app and website the same. Well, congratulations, you managed to make them the same level of terrible.

I applaud the innovation...namely the SSO and interface to All accounts in one dashboard, but over all quality and ease of use suffers... as does support and overall access to UKFCU customer service for minor resolutions like account lockouts and password resets. Interface is a little slow and biometrics integration seems to be less integrated than the previous version of the app. Hopefully these kinks can be worked out.

Best online banking I've ever used! Amazing features, easy to use, and navigation is easier than ever. I use BluePay to send money to friends, Card Swap to switch some of my payments to my UKFCU cards, and pay by check to manage the rest of my bills. Really love the Card Controls feature as well. Now it's super easy to setup transaction notifications and control my card activity. Very impressed with this upgrade! Just another reason that I recommend UKFCU to all my friends and family.

Layout doesn't make any sense. When you make a loan payment it doesn't show the entire payment made toward the loan it only shows the principal. For example, if you make a $500 payment it only shows that you made a $450 payment. The old layout was better but that's not saying much.

Absolutely terrible company and mobile banking platform. The mobile app is essentially a mobile website port. Functionality is broken and couldn't make payments online when they migrated to the new platform with limited notification. I've faced multiple delinquencies because of this issue. Avoid this app, and the company as a whole, at all costs.

I am able to do what I need, and the app is very easy to log in to versus the online website. You can do all of the same things that you are able to do on the website, and I still use the website for most of my ukfcu access. It's just because I am better performing task on my computer than I am on my phone due to my data entry skills on my phone.

The app was working fine but now nothing will load. When I try to sign in the "receiving response" box just stays there and the loading circle just keeps spinning. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no luck.

Who thinks its a good idea to take up valuable screen space with the exact same dismissable message every single time you use the app? I don't need to be reminded of a branch closure via an update EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP. Make it permanently dismissable.

I like the older version as well. When I changed software, my Bill-Pay program is no longer accessible on my program. I was also unable to remove the the program and start over.

Used to work great but since the last update, Ican nolonger access more than one account. I now have to delelte a user account to have access to the others. It was not like that before the last update. This app needs to allow me and others to have access to all accounts if you are loke me with multiple accounts

An update to an app shouldn't make it harder to navigate. What used to be one easy step to open is now 3. And I can't transfer money into accounts I used to be able to with the previous version. Not happy with this update.

Good... But OK they disabled card payment within the app so you have to access another web page to pay for credit card. External transfer within the app are no longer there as well.

New features are great like Bill payments and loan options u can also pay ur credit card bill easily but does not have a quick view option and does not allow me to use finger printing to open app..
