Whoever developed this app made a dumb move (I'm actually cussing in my head) by making the selfie function compulsory. Some of us aren't photogenic and thus taking a specific photo is a mission and a half for us. Now I'm unable to verify my identity and withdraw my money because of a stupid pic. 😤 😡😠
Good Day,I am trying to sign in but it says I 'm already registered and this is my first time.I did experience problem in the beginning where I came to putting in the password but I did not and went back to start over and then it says that I'm already registered.Please help.When I try to reset my password and putting in my cell number it says something about a.o throw is not a function.
Terrible app. Can't even register. Keeps saying internet connection timeout. Whether I am on wifi. LTE or 3G.

I just got a message saying a certain number has sent you r250 via ukheshe follow this link and that link is bringing me here here I called the number it's going to voicemail I also have a message saying you've qualified for a 250 family voucher from #im staying via ukheshe but the link is not taking me anywhere so I dont know if it's real or scam

This app is really frustrating. I got someone to do a transfer from a nedbank account into my wallet. It was supposed to be instant. No, I had to call and WhatsApp the help desk the whole day. It took 2 days to get the balance to reflect. When it did reflect, I try to transact, it tells me I have insufficient funds to transact, yet I have not done a single transaction at all. It shows a current balance figure, but zero available balance. I WhatsApp the help centre, no response!!
