I've bee using this app a year ago, but the quality if the service provided by the drivers often leaves much to be desired. Decided to get back when receiving a discount for 5 rides, but at the first order, when I told the driver that I'll be in a minute, he drove away without even telling me. Company should change some requirements for drivers...
Rating this application for a service, not for technical part. With aggressive marketing, quite pure preparation for a new market in Moldova, tryed to find a ride, 3 times, at 1 am, 2 pm, 5 pm, in total spend around 1 hour looking for a ride, no drivers available. Was able to find a ride with another service all 3 times within 1 minute after cancellation with Uklon. Quite sad, I'm always for the market competition.
I don't like all these promo notifications all the time, and there is no way to turn it off! I am surprised how Google app has even allowed it, it's a rule to always have customized settings for notifications

Customer support not responding at all. After numerous attempts to get in touch, I gave up... I've been charge for a ride that I haven't done!!! I've ordered delivery service, driver didn't arrived at all!!! But anyway they've charged me! Terrible service! call-center not working! support chat reports error!
The app is worse in comparison to Uber. It is not possible to quickly cancel an order if you misclicked. You can seemingly cancel only when a driver already took your order. Sometimes it seems like the order is confirmed without your final confirmation. The path of the car that is approaching is not clearly visible. After you make an order it goes to the bottom of the screen partially concealed. So it is not always clear that you already made an order.
Simple, clear & effective. One minor drawback: the field for the pickup address is too small to be able to view the entire address. If your GPS is off, sending the driver to the wrong address (since you can't see it to verify it) can be a problem in a congested urban area. Otherwise, great app.
Only giving 4 stars because you can't change destination, you can add new destination, but you cannot change the current address that you indicate. I have to cancel and order new taxi
Still impossible to modify route and payment mode inside app w/o connecting to the customer service
The app is pretty good despite often tiny updates. But service became poor. I'd ordered taxi, then operator canceled the order and I was given with debt. After that I couldn't order a new one order without paying the debt. I'd had conversation with an operator and she said that money would be returned after some time. I waited for a whole day, but money weren't returned. The next day I have discussion with the other operator and he said that the problem on a bank side.
Great app for a taxi ride. Quick to find an available car nearby, sometimes "comfort" instead of "standard". Easy to use.
It is really big issue during winter, doesn't matter if there is traffic or not, the price is twice higher then usual, I don't understand what is the point of that, it is normal to put it higher but not to rob your clients.
It has fair prices, but the software quality is poor. Buggy app can charge a credit card without a ride and forget to put money back. Or it can find you a driver, but the car doesn't move on thr map. It also lacks of a basics function like share your trip status on a map. Originally thr app was working fine, but something has happened.
Very disappointed of the service and application. The first thing that application constantly withdraws funds from the card whenever I even not using Uklon service. The second thing I deleted my account to avoid first problem and when I reinstalled application I couldn't use the service due to issues related to unconfirmed phone number. I wrote to support but they couldn't help me at all. They say they created some "some request" that will help solve my problem. No response in 5 hours :|
IDK why, but after updating it keeps crushing and shutting down. Android 8.1.0, regular app (non-beta ver). Pls check.
not as professional as uber and rates also not as good. it's just like, something better than nothing.
I would put 5 stars for normal service . But the second time in 6 months my foreign card was declined and I cannoyt re-add. Last time the fix was to uninstall and reinstall. I tried but still no luck . Called data centre and they were very rude accusing me of not having credit etc . Even though I had explained that that contacted my bank and they hadn't even seen attempt. My card works fine with glovo , Uber etc One staff even hung up when I asked to speak to a manger
Well it does the job and is cheaper than rivals and have a better cars. Although sometimes app just stop working without reason or can't connect to the servers. Besides drivers is more often reject your ride than Uber for example, but anyways it's a best choice right now at least for Kiev city.
All is good. But 1. Please raise idle rates to make idle profitable for the drivers. Currently they hate to wait. It's bad for the customer experience. 2. Sometimes contacts aren't saved(when requesting for someone else)
