The app is generally good. Beautiful design. However, I ran into the inconveniences of PFM section. For example, there are only 2 options: you can look at data from all cards, or only from one. It is not possible to choose a certain number of cards from the available ones. Which can lead to confusion in some cases. But I advise to use specialized applications to receive up-to-date information on their income and expenses.
Good app. But when I've installed it once again I do not receive push notifications at all, even though the option is enabled. Disabling and enabling again didn't work. P. S. They really appeared few days later
Great app, but I think other banks have more functionality in their apps
Too many bugs last two months, there are some crashes every day kind of "System unavailable". Samsung A50, Android 11
I can't receive push-notifications when I spend money even though I turned it on. App becomes useless for me if I can't monitor spendings in that way.
Unreliable application. It doesn't work when you need it. Biometrics on android do not work from time to time. Failed login attempts, random "enter sms code" prompts followed by errors "too many attempts". If I try to reach the support, the line is busy. This app wastes user's time instead of saving it.
1. When trying to log in, it takes very long time. Most of the time, it gives an error. 2. When lucky enough to enter, can't send money, receiving an error. 3. Uninstalled and installed again the application, could not log in because it said i was already in the system with the device. 4. Very important: see number 2 1 star for the moment. :( Edit 1: Issue was seen few days ago and its still.present today Monday 5th of August
Despite of I have platinum card in this bank. I wouldn't recommend to use this application
Thank you for being on the edge of the technology and the laws changes. However, I found that the currency rates are less profitable than in another banks' apps who also added the ability of currency exchange. Also could you please add the function to top up the credit card for grace period indebtedness, not only for the minimum amount as currently. Thanks.
Awful UX. Awfull support. Awfull development management. Everything you'll provide manually will be deleted or intentially lost after any event. Each time you upgrade from gold to platinum and back all of your regular payments will be lost. Because you can't change regular payment account for years. Support and developers thinks that repetitive manual input of already provided data is absolutelly fine. Locked payments stays invisible for years. Support can totaly ignore your message.
Intuitive UI. Allows card-to-card transfers and IBAN transfers. Flexible adjustmnet of limits for different kinds of operations (withdrawal, 3dsecure, etc.) Has built-in chat, operators respond timely.
Now it works great. I was a new user didn't know all issues with the app. Tnks
Sometimes its impossible to use. There are two things I want to emphasize: 1. There is no need for me to wait till the end of greeting animation of the logo? It's a bad UX. 2. Why sometimes I try to enter the app with my mail / password it does nothing and asks me to enter again.
Amazing online banking app, all is easy and smooth
better than nothing, but it requires permission to use NFC hardware for login, otherwise shows cryptic error - I am 100% sure it should not use NFC at all. Can't configure push notifications on my new phone once I requested viber/sms password.
Not convenient to use in internet puchaese. Even do not use it for purchasing domain names... Great Job 👍
A very buggy app (frequently fails to open on 1st or even 2nd attempt, sometimes just throws you back out to login mid action etc), with subpar ui and useless notifications (eg of your login attempt to the device where this attempt is made), while at the same time failing to push through useful notifications
The app is smart and cool! Unfortunately after I reinstalled the app the push notifications for one time passcodes with autofill stop working. Now I get sms with passcodes and have to enter them manually. Is that related to the app? I have push notifications option enabled in app. It would be great if app read the passcodes from sms and paste them in app automatically
Poor UX (user experience) and slow to load/respond. Ive used 4 online banking options in my life, and Ukrsibbank ia really behind on organising and building a user friendly application. There seems to be no user testing during development and the logic of the information and where it goes is categorized all wrong. BNP Paribas ought to take their products more serious.
I often meet with problems of understanding the user interface, some things are not at all obvious. I really do not like duplicate notifications when entering applications, why do I need a notification about my entrance to the application after I went there🤷
Would be a great option to sent messages to foreign cardholders instead of ability to write message for transaction between my own cards. It looks pretty strange and not useful.
The application covers all requirements I need from it. UX isn't good enough, the application isn't easy to understand for the first time, you need to get used to it. I left reviews about what should be improved several times, so I won’t repeat myself here. There is a room to grow, but overall for me that's enough.
I hate Ukrsib Updates. They completely block application on my Mi 8 phone. I have to reinstall app for 3-4 times to make it work. Other things work great. Developers : make your work better same as testers. Currently looks like installation testing is not your thing.

Неприйнятно! Додаток працює через раз. Другий день поспіль без попередження (!) неможливо залогінитись. Немає можливості виконати термінові банківські операції. Can anyone help me to solve the issue? It's impossible to login to the account. The spinning wheel is constantly loading and nothing works. Reinstall, clearing of cache/data hasn't helped.
Constantly have a problem with logging. I can't login either with credentials or fingerprint. Only after several attempts the application allows me connect to my account in ukrsibbank
can't login, after entering correct password I receive notification about successful login, but then get dropped back to login screen. no such issue on iPhone though. hire decent android developers ffs
Smooth experience, unnecessary manual actions (like entering code) are being automated over time, sensitive info routed through the app instead of viber now... Way to go!
Can you add payment templates? I want to pay some money to one of bank accounts. I filled all info, and want to pay later. Is it possible to save all the requisites, and pay later in one click?
The app doesn't work from Wednesday. It's the second time I run into such issue. I uninstalled the app and downloaded it againg. Last time it helped. But this time nothing changed(( Thank you, after restarting it works!
